VERY beautiful and arty interior. A lot of paints, pictures, wonderful lamps, vases, etc. If you are fan of art and decoration you will enjoy. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom VERY good temperature in the room, especially after hot temperatures outside in summer. The owner Pietro is very pleasant and nice person ❤️ Cute gift from the hotel — little bottle of Prosecco 🍾

Our room was without window…. It’s strange.

The Italian couple that manage the property are delightful and are highly skilled at using translate on their phone, hence, communicating was not an issue. The property has been transported from a large family home into a lovely accommodation and is like stepping into a beautifully furnished museum. There is a terrace upstairs which is also the family garden and was a nice spot to sit and have a bottle of vino after a long day out walking. The room is very well appointed and the bathroom is modern and the water pressure and temperature were very good. The breakfast was a very good european and when we were departing our host booked our cab and made sure we understood it was a 25euro flat fee to the airport. A very good stay indeed.

It is about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town, not difficult all flat.

Our host was very welcoming and kind. Even though he didn't speak much english, he was very adept at translating using the phone. The property was full of interesting artworks and antiques. The bedroom was very nice and comfortable and the shower worked well. Breakfast was served in a very lovely room with a table beautifully laid out with our room number on. There was also an outside terrace for the use of all guests. The hosts were very helpful in looking after our luggage so that we could go for a walk around the city after we checked out. They also ordered us a taxi to the airport.

The immediate location is nothing special, but it was an easy walk to the Centro Storico.

This B&B was like a step back in time with all the beautiful art and furniture. At the same time it felt very frsh and modern. The lift was very convenient as my mom has some issues with walking. Brrakfast was also very nice. Pietro was very helpful and attentive.

Nothing I will say now affected our opinion of this place, I would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat and would love to come back; these are only 2 things to be aware of: 1) It seems like there was a little bit of damp at the ceiling in our room; it may be beause of the construction next door (which we didn't hear at all so it was no bother), as the room was extreamly clean and you could see the care the owners put into this place. This is just something to keep in mind if someone has breathing issues. 2) If you choose to come by train, keep in mind that after leaving the station, you need to climb some quite steep stairs. It may be a challenge for someone with heavy luggage or walking difficulties.

The BnB is beautiful. The furnishings and art make it seem like a museum. Pietro was a delight. Thank heavens for WhatsApp and Google translate because we didn't speak Italian. Every, repeat, every detail of our stay was seen to. Tooth brushes,razors,toiletries, small bottle of wine and the light breakfast was so delightful. Everything was so clean and it was QUIET at night and nearby to some good eateries.

There wasn't anything lacking. It's the perfect place.

Our hosts were the best! Pietro is really lovely and checks every day to see if everything is well with our stay. Our hosts were also kind enough to let us leave our luggage before and after checking in and checking out. Breakfast was served fresh everyday, the terrace and breakfast rooms are beautiful too. The walls are soundproof which is a great plus during the night since it blocks out the sound of vehicles, construction, etc. The property is super clean, fresh and very easy to locate and navigate. A true gem in Bari :)

Nothing - there was a construction site next to us, but obviously this is out of the control of our lovely hosts.

Pietro was such a wonderful host. Flirting with him while using Google Translate was one of my favorite parts of my stay in Bari. The house was beautifully decorated with antiques that he had for sale (he also runs an antique store across the street). The rooms were spacious and clean. My air conditioner could have worked a bit better, but if I found the room too warm, my friend and I would take a beer up to the roof garden to cool down. Pietro would make breakfast every morning and spoiled us rotten.

The area is a bit removed from the old city, so we walked a fair bit to get to and from anywhere. Not all of the side walks are flat or wide, so sometimes it was actually safer to walk out on the street, but that is something that Pietro has no control over. My only real issue with the place was our air-conditioning unit. It didn't really work that well, so the room would smell a bit musty, and my clothes would feel a bit damp from time to time. There were a few cracks in the plaster, caused by the construction going on nearby, but you hardly noticed it as the nouse was minimal. The large crane made it very easy to find home....lol.

Wonderful place. We loved the building design and classic decor. Also the owner is a very nice person who helped us with whatever we needed. - Location is not in the old city but it is very close. You have everything close: supermarkets, restaurants, train station. We came by train from the airport and got to the hotel in 5 minutes by stopping at Quintino Sella station. - Breakfast is very nice. Boiled eggs, bread, butter, jams, ham, coffee and croissants are included. - The room is very spacious. Lots of room and the bathroom is nice also. It has a tub not a walk-in shower which is not great if you are bigger. - Wifi also works well. Not super fast but does the job.

- One small negative I found, in the room there was some water damage in the ceiling and a crack. Not major but enough to notice. - There was no TV in the room. We did not care but I saw there was a support for it.

The host is very kind and always helpful if there are questions. The breakfast is tasty, plentiful and is every day freshly prepared. It is served in the common room, where one could get coffee and tea at any time of the day. The attached roof garden is beautiful and calming. The hotel room itself is well decorated, very clean and doesn’t leave anything to be desired. The location is nice and right in the center of the city – the main station as well as the old town is in walkable distance of around 20 minutes.

The WLAN was very slow, even just pictures were loading slowly. I didn’t even try to watch a video

Beautiful house felt like a real home with the antique furniture and accessories in the public spaces and mixed among the contemporary pieces in the well-furnished bedroom. Nice facilities like the mini fridge in room, and use of breakfast room and terrace for TV, card table, corkscrews and disposable plates so you can relax on terrace with your own drinks and snacks. Simple and plentiful breakfast, nice fresh pastries. Excellent,quiet air-con. Useful short video showing the location and how to use the lock box for keys. We could happily have stayed longer. This pretty B&B deserves a more romantic name!

Nothing was a problem for us. There is some daytime noise from road and building work nearby; if you're particularly sensitive earplugs will do the trick, and it was quiet enough at night.
