There were two rooms - living plus dining in one room and the bedroom in the other. It was decadent and suitable for people who needs privacy and space . Everything necessary from bathrobes to ample space to put suitcases was provided . Car park was less than 100m away . Staff was efficient and nice. The room was so high tech that it took some extra seconds to figure out the smart panel controlling the lights and aircon .

The air conditioning was inconsistent . It was quite irregular and we waver between hot and cold air throughout our 2-night stay .

The location was perfect. From the Hotel it is very easy to explore the neighborhood and the old city. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nice.

Even as a Hotel guest you still need to pay extra to access the Spa area. Also, at the breakfast, if you would like to have scrambled or fried eggs, you must pay extra.

Quiet, modern boutique hotel that was perfect for a weekend getaway to explore Bari. Just a 10 minute walk from the historical centre and therefore far enough to avoid the tourist crowds. Modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast had a great savoury and sweet selection, with homemade breads, cakes and even yogurt. The staff were efficient, responsive and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay!

The room service was quite slow and they could’ve informed us of the long wait beforehand. Everything else was great.

The front desk was very welcoming and helpful, except for the manager who was not at all. The view from our room with bistro table and chairs was most enjoyable, we really enjoyed such an authentic experience watching the real life of our neighbors, laundry and all.

The floor-length uniforms of front desk staff were hideous, the staff themselves were very professional but the odd costumes were the talk of every breakfast because they should wear something more Italian fashion and still professional.

The location was perfect with the centre with in a ten minute walk. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the suite was very spacious. The staff were always friendly and welcoming and very helpful for any questions or concerns. I really enjoyed my stay whilst visiting Bari for a few days. Thank you very much for your hospitality and service. Will recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Bari.

Exceptionally wonderful staff, really kind, open, natural and interested people, while at the same time very flexible and professional. The chef and her staff in the bar were wonderful, the breakfast was superb and everyone was very kind. The room was amazing. We stayed in the largest suite and the room was amazing, great design, spacey, very well isolated, beautiful bath and balcony’s. All in all we could not have wished for more.

The only thing that annoyed us was the heating jumping on to 25 degrees every time we went away, so the room was always too warm when we just arrived back. We had to lower this every time we returned to the room.

I loved everything about this place. From the design to the decoration to the owner/operators to the customer service…. They are remarkable owner/operators and it was my absolute pleasure to visit this property. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful time.

Nothing could have been better other than staying longer.

Firstly, great communication before we even arrived as we were arriving late. The room was really well considered with a generous bathroom, a beautiful floor and very comfortable bed.

We went downstairs late for a late snack and the staff were so lovely and accomodating. The breakfast was a standout with everything home baked and handmade in house by a lovely woman. We were only sad we had one night.

Very nice hotel, brand new with very comfortable mattress and beautifully decorated. We had a room with an amazing jacuzzi that was like a little cave, unfortunately at night the A/C stoped working but the staff were very diligent and immediately accommodated us in one of their suites, I was impressed, it was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel is also at a very good location, an easy walk to main attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bari.

Location was great to explore both new town and old. You are close enough to walk to both, but far away enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. The room we had wasn't even a suite and it was huge, we had so much space! The beds are big and so comfortable, bathroom luxurious and beautifully decorated. Everything was immaculate when we arrived and stayed that way after every service. We also had a sizable balcony/terrace. The staff were so accommodating and answered every question and went further to help with anything.
