We had a lovely stay! The location was perfect – situated at a convenient mid-distance between the train station and the old city, making it easy to get around. The room was very clean and comfortable, ideal for a family like ours (2 adults and 1 child). It offered everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The host was very nice, always helpful, and readily available to answer any of our questions. The warm attentive approach really made a difference. This place offers great value for money. We truly enjoyed our time here and would recommend this booking to others including families traveling with children.

+Central location (just a 5' walk from the train or bus station to explore the wider Province of Puglia and Basilicata). +Very clear instructions for check-in and for our stay , from the very kind and helpful Sofia (also, she arranged a taxi for us to the airport for a very morning flight - 28€). +Comfortable space in the room (we stayed 2 people in the 3-bed room).+Provided coffee and use of a kettle in the common area. +kingsize bed, very comfortable.

- i would prefer not to throw the trash by myself. But as they explained to us, it is the City's rules that trash must be thrown out between 18:00-22:00pm

We stayed in this apartment for 3 days and it met all our needs. The room was clean and tidy, with a small terrace. The bathroom is modern, and we were provided with enough towels and other essentials. In the common area, there’s coffee and tea available,so you can easily save 2 euros in the morning by having your coffee here :) Sofia is very communicative and helpful, a wonderful host!

Small things: the water drains slowly from the sink due to its design, which was a bit annoying, but manageable with a little attention. The power outlets next to the bed were quite loose.

The location is perfect, and the service was excellent. Sofia was incredibly helpful over the phone — always kind, efficient, and quick to solve any issue. Really appreciated her support!

The only thing I didn’t like was how hot and stuffy the room got. Since we were out most of the day, I couldn’t leave the door open for ventilation — bugs would come in. So every time we came back, the room felt uncomfortably warm. That was the biggest downside

We booked a room for three and it turned out a duplex with a small kitchen and a dining table. The room is really spacious and modern. Sofia is really kind and attentive. One day we had problem to access our room and she fixed the issue fast. The location is a quite near the central station, quiet area, and nearby there are lot of cafe, restaurant, and bakery.

There is a connecting door on the upper floor of the bedroom and it is not sound proof. You can hear the next room quite loud and vice versa. Also I find the floor is a bit dirty, I don't think they mopped it before check in and during cleaning day.

It was very central, both close to the nice walking street, the beach, the old town and Bari Centrale station. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved that it had a mini fridge in the the room and the coffee machine and the water boiler in the shared hall. I think Sofia I also the best host, she was always very friendly, helpful and available.

The heating was a bit warm but as soon as we mentioned it to the staff they took care of it. We opened the window in the meantime but it was a bit noisy. Also the bathroom sink was a bit leaking due to the modern design. When I saw on the pictures that there is a balcony/terrace, I got very happy. But sadly there is no view from the ground floor only to other balconies.

Very friendly host. My husband was sick during the trip. My trip would have been a nightmare without help from her….Whenever I WhatsApp her for help ,she always response very quickly. For the day of check out, my husband was still very sick. She allowed us to delay our check out time so that his situation is more manageable. Definitely recommend this B&B!! It’s in a very convenient and safe area. Lots of coffee shop and supermarket in case you want to cook.

The room is very big, more than enough for the three of us [ my daughter has her own space]The location is very handy, it's closed to the subway and safe to walk at night. Unfortunately, the AC at my room is not working due to previous guess pushed lock button & made the AC is completely unable to work. They need to call in the technician to have a look. At the end only 1 AC is working, it's not a major problem for us cause the other AC is still working & we got the breeze from it. However, Sofia is very generous, she compensate us by giving us free breakfast. Thank you so much for your kindness, we really appreciate it. It's really a good French style breakfast.

Nothing to complaint about it. We enjoyed our time staying at B&Bari.

Property very clean and spacious. Sofia was ultra helpful letting me in and explaining everything. She was wonderful at getting me a taxi to Polignano a Mare as perhaps the trains were on strike. I appreciated this. The rooms are in a very nice part of the town and close to the station, old city cafes and restaurants. The breakfast at the cafe was delicious. Best croissant I’ve had.

The property was big enough for the 3 of us for a night stay while we organised our hire car. Neat tidy and had what we needed. The location was good in a quiet street with cafes/restaurants and shopping in walking distance. B&Bari manager was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us organise ourselves. We had clear instructions on how to access the property and the lovely Italian breakfast for the next morning. Highly recommend if you are staying in Bari.

The property air conditioning had an issue but we were provided fans. The bathroom had mould on the ceiling.
