When in Bari, I would definitely recommend the place. Very convenintly placed. Close to the center. Nice rooms with all conveniences.

A few friendly remarks to be noted: 1. Better written explanations how to open the doors for newcomers. After the first contact things get easier, but the first attempt can be frustrating especially if you are in a hurry to reach the bathroom. 2. Just one miror in the room is not enough. 3. The issue with leaving the luggage on early arrival and late departure is not resolved in a customer friendly manner. 4. On the morning of the departure the cleaning staff begins to knock on the door at 8:30 and harassing the customers by making noise at the door. Not nice, especially on Saturday.

A nice room with a spacy balcony. Very nice view over park to grab a morning coffee. Comfortable beds, large bathroom and basic equipment in the room (fridge, pod coffee machine, tv). There's a small kitchenette in the corridor, with a sink and plates, but not really to prepare a meal. Very good location, close to the old city center and good communication with Bari Centrale.

The self-checkin system might be bit of a trouble, but we've sorted it out with the help of staff. Watch out under the shower, as it's a walk-in and it's easy to make a mess.

Description of the entry procedure should be more detailed. Entrance door opening if you ring the bell with the name of accomodation, key tresors are on the second floor. My code number for the tresor was false (got it online during check-in on the homepage) . But there is emergency for a check +390809756863 - NO WHATSAPP CALLS. Emergency call lady was great.

Location was perfect right in the center. New room with great shower and new beds etc. The cleaning took place everyday.

no cooking facilities and the room is a bit small for three people. The sofabed is for kids and really not for adults, too painful.

The bathroom has a shower that drains onto the floor, be careful not to flood the neighbors.

The location is magnificent. Right in front of Piazza Garibaldi, where u have an amazing park and bus station. Take a bus number 3 from train/ bus station and in 5 min you will be there Walking distance to old city max 10 min, it’s up to way they you will choose.

Spacious, well-decorated, comfortable bedroom. Renovated bathroom with a big shower. Came with a small fridge and kettle to prepare coffee/tea. Check-in was very quick, but you will need an internet connection.

The room (located facing the interior of the building) was dark, I had to turn on the lights during the day. There were weird noises in the bathroom, especially in the toilet pipes.

Very big and clean room. Online check in and check out is very comfortable and you can access the property also if your flight is late at night.

We booked triple room and the third bed was uncomfortable for sleeping.

Good location, flexible check in. Spacious room and bathroom. Easy to park nearby, and 5-10 minutes walking to the old town. Comfortable bed.

Shower tray cleanliness should improve, their were mold stains around it.

Everything is very clean, and the host is very responsive. The cups are individually packaged, they provided tea and coffee packets and everything overall showed they take into consideration even the smaller details.

I think the internet could have been a little stronger as it didn’t work in my room but maybe it was because it was the furthest away from the common area.
