Very good hotel for a 3 Stars. Surrounding of the hotel is not so nice, but the personal is very helpful. It is near the railway station but get off the airport -train one stop before the end, at Stella. It is really near the hotel.

The only bad thing is the shower place. Very small and there is no hand-shower and the fix one not working properly. It is very difficult to shower. A small invest would help. Change it for a handshower.

Late Check-In without penalty thanks to 24h reception/security worked well after informing the Hotel upfront. Good breakfast offer with barista coffee, fresh pastries, fruit and more. Comfy beds and clean room with well-working AC. No noise from the streets at night.

Shower door/curtain was missing which flooded the bathroom a bit. Parking available only at surcharge of 10€/day (8.30pm-8.00am street parking is free, 1€ hourly rate for street parking might be more affordable option)

The staff are wonderful! We checked in around midnight coming from a bus from Bari Airport and it was only a short walk from the bus stop and also very near the train station when it was time to leave.. Elevator/lift was handy for the suitcases. The room was basic but clean. Overall perfect for what we needed!

The facilities are a little old but it had everything we needed and the friendly staff made us feel at home!

I arrived late at night and hotel was easy to find from the bus stop. Communication with the hotel was excellent. The reception people were very friendly and welcoming. The AC and Wifi worked fine. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious with a kitchen, but no refrigerator which I thought to be unusual. It had a balcony and an elevator. The room was very clean. I would certainly stay there again.

The only thing I missed was a refrigerator in the room/ kitchen. Even a bar fridge would have been fine. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Everyone/everything was welcoming and very nice. The breakfast was so good and had everything you need to get a great day started. Bonus for elevator and veranda with seating. A hidden treasure close to everything

Not really a dislike …If walking do not let some of the area you pass through(one street) detour you from this wonderful place. Never felt unsafe but as always when traveling stay aware of your surroundings.

Nice hotel in a humble neighbourhood, close to the train station and a 15 minute walk to the old town. The couple managing it are amazingly nice. Room was big enough, clean, bed was confortable. Breakfast was simple: hot drink and a few sweet pastries and fruit, but more than we had in other hotels in Italy. I recommend using their parking, as you may end up paying more parking in the street.

Clean room, good air conditioning, good wifi, nice staff, free italian breakfast, good location about 15 minutes walking from train station and also from old city. We especially apreciate being able to get our room in the morning, several hours before the check in time.

Shower head fixed to the wall so it's kind of difficult to shower if you don't want to get your hair wet. Shower drains very slowly, probably clogged. The room could use more electricity outlets.

The hotel is near to the station of ferrotramviaria from where you can travel comfortably to the airport. The hotel is old, but very clean and for one or two nights offers a sufficient accomodation. The room wasn't that big, but we didn't have a real problem with that as we spent most of our time there in the city. The staff is super nice and the reception is open 24hours a day.

With big luggage it can be little bit uncomfortable as the room is not so big, but we didn't have that problem.

The hotel is ~ 1 km away from Bari train station and from Bari Vecchia. The room has AC, large balcony and was clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. During summer days, they should put a mini fridge into the room to keep the drinks cold. They serve breakfast daily.

Very friendly staff! My child and I arrived earlier than planned, and although we couldn't check in earlier, we were offered breakfast and given all the information we needed. Breakfast (coffee, yogurt, croissants, fruit, juice...) is a pleasant event. This is a budget option, it takes about 20 minutes to the historical center, 13 minutes to the train station, but it is quite easy to get there on foot, because the street layout is parallel-perpendicular. There are supermarkets nearby. Good for a short stay when you don't plan to spend much time in the room.

Hotel of the previous era. The room is small. There are no dishes (for example, glasses). The balcony door/window opened onto the shared terrace (inner courtyard) so there was no privacy and the blinds had to be closed at night.
