the property was comfortable, the bed was comfortable and although basic the room had all you would need. shared bathroom was kept clean and was accessible. clean kitchen with all tools needed to make meals if you didn’t want to eat out which is a good bonus, nice communal areas to sit and relax. location was good, 10 min walk from Bari Centrale.

the room and bathroom had an odd smell, most likely sewage but something to be mindful of. some hiccups with communication, took a few minutes to get a response when outside the building to check in and confusion over ID documents. all fine in the end but just to be aware of.

It was near Bari Centrale(8-min walk). From what we experienced, it was very clean. It had a bathroom which was only for our room, but it was not exactly connected(it was the door next to ours). The staff and communication were awesome!

The only thing was that the door to the balcony was connected to the door from the kitchen. The room was very bright and if someone stood in front of it he would probably see everything. We had curtains, but they were somehow transparent compared to the light.

Everything was great- the clean room, comfy bed, location, one bathroom for 3 rooms and the equipped kitchen. Close to the train station and bus stop to Arbelobello. Two big supermarkets in the 10min distance. Quick check in , keys in the box, easy to access. Good wifi.

The shared bathroom wasn't clean at all, we were there 4 days, I asked for cleaning or leaving some equipment to clean but the owner wrote to me that it is not a hotel- RUDE. The rubbish bin in the kitchen was full and was not emptied

The accommodation was good for us because of the location. We walk around 8-10 to Bari Centrale train station, and from here we took every kind of transport to visit the main attractions : bus for Alberobello, private train to Matera, train FSE to other city : Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Ostuni, Bridissi. The accommodation was clean, we have a common bathroom, but it wasn't a problem for us. The comunication to the host was ok, and help us to enter to the property. You can use the kitchen, which have everything that you need.

We had a great stay, the localisation is perfect, right next to the main train station so it's easy to go to other places in Puglia and we felt safe in the neighbourhood. The room is spacious, the beds are comfortable, there was heating, there's a balcony, the street is calm in the night. There's a shared bathroom that was very clean with good pressure of the water. We could have a self check-in. There's a kitchen with also a kettle and teas at your disposal. We highly recommend it!

Location is ok if you want to be near the train station and far from the historic center. There's a lot of supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. So that's a plus. The house is in good condition and my room was pretty chill. With a nice balcony with 2 chairs and a table.

Cleaning is not done on daily basis, just when someone was checking out. No toilet paper... you must buy your own.

The room was clean so was the bathroom. The location was cool as it is very close to the train station which was perfect to move around and like 15 minutes walk to the old part of town

+ the prize was reasonable + the localization was perfect (near everything - train station, bus stop, centre of city) + we had an access to our private balcony plus the size of room was nice (room with two separate beds) + the intervention of the landlord in technical problems was fast, but sometimes unsucceful

+ we'd often got sth broken - key to main door, toilet flush few times, sink in the private restroom - we had to write often to the owner to get the help 🤣🤣🤣 + there was no cutting board, sharp knives in the kitchen accessories + the electric kettle was broken + You have to remember about your toilet key everytime you go to the toilet 🙈

Comfortable accomodation, very supportive and always available host. Well located to reach the city centre as well as the train station for daily trips.

It is very close to centrale,so you can easily to visit other towns near from bari,you can also easily to find the bus station and ticket office.
