It’s brand New hotel. Everything is very good organized. Clean and comfortable. The staff is absolutely amazing.

This hotel was a good place to start my vacation. There is drink service at the pool, and the nearby tables could be used for lunch and dinner. The food was nice. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the city that can be booked in advance. However, there is also a city bus stop in front of the hotel which can take you to the city after shuttle service ends. Unfortunately, I was not at the property long enough to explore the nearby beach, Lido San Francesco. The staff was nice and some quite excellent. There was an unexpected balcony I was unaware of when I booked. Bonus!

Other than the nearby beach, the area itself has little to offer and is a bit remote without a car. There is some construction, so I believe that this may change in the future.

Hotel is very nice and clean, staff are very helpful and respectful. The free shuttle service was a great feature as the city center is not the closest to the hotel. The pool area is also amazing, never had a problem with finding where to stay, plenty of room and pool itself was very clean.

Would have liked a more diverse breakfast, but they had amazing sweets everyday and the food was pretty good also. Surrounding area is not the prettiest but this is something they obviously can’t change. Would help if there was a bigger sign pointing to the entrance of the hotel, we were a bit confused at first.

Friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant food available throughout the day, spacious room and the pool area. I had a great getaway and would come back again.

I could hear water running and people talking in rooms around me, soundproofing could be improved. The door from the balcony to the shower and the glass between the shower and the room let the light in during the night - you can't sleep in a completely dark room. The breakfast was rather average. The eggs were dry, the veggies next to it were just defrosted. Not a lot of options for vegetarians

The design and layout of the resort was spectacular. The accommodations were modern and inventive.

The cleaning staff came into my room and unlocked the door at around 9:30 am while I was still in my room before the designated checkout time. She wanted to gain access to clean the place. I felt uncomfortable and left my room early and informed the front desk staff about this. They stated they were sorry but that this sometimes happens. That was unacceptable. Some of the gym workout machines were rusty, had torn seats and were inoperable. They need to be changed and updated.

The hotel has far exceeded our expectations. In fact, it even “ruined” our sightseeing plans because we preferred to spend our time by the pool :-) Everything here is exceptional, including the staff. The staff were exceptionally pleasant. The hotel was very clean and the lounge/pool area was very nice. The swimming pool was great. The menu was good, if a little limited. The bathroom was of a very high standard.

The hotel a bit out from Bari, but this of itself was not a major issue as the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to the city, taxis we plentiful and the municipal bus service served the location (although the timetable of the 53 bus wasn’t reliable). However the immediate environs of the hotel weren’t really nice, and there was nowhere to go for a coffee if one went out for a walk. One final point - the pool was lovely. However with injuries to both my knees I really need something to hold on to getting out. Even shallow steps are impossible so I might suggest the installation of a very short handrail?

We phoned on our first evening to try and get a taxi organised or a pick up as a storm had hit and we were stuck. We were told this wasn’t possible - this should be a service provided to all guests. I think guests should be pre warned of the building site opposite on booking the hotel. It had no affect on our stay but I think it may upset others. Music around the pool was slightly dated - ambient music would suit the hotel better

The facilities were fantastic, spacious and modern rooms and the pool area was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a free shuttle bus into the centre of Bari and the closest beach was opposite the hotel which was very convenient.

We had a first floor room overlooking the outside dining area which some nights and early mornings was very loud. Two mornings there was also cleaning happening outside our room or in the room above at 6.30am which woke us up.

beautiful beach across the road, swimming pool at hotel. not noisy at all. decent size rooms and very clean. I also have to comment on the excellent bar and restaurant staff, most notably Luca the barman who was genuinely welcoming, helpful, with an extensive knowledge of the wines in the region and a fantastic cocktail mixologist - the hotel is lucky to have such high quality and knowledgeable staff on board.

felt the two female receptionists could have been more helpful - e.g. let us order a taxi when a shuttle was available, had to ask questions about the area as not very forthcoming and ask for map etc. Felt the gentleman on reception in the evenings far more welcoming and friendly and helpful.
