I very much enjoyed my stay here. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a washing machine that is available, comfy living room with a small balcony. It is located perhaps 10-15 min away on foot from the old Town. The owner also offers electric bicycles that are really useful when one wants to explore nearby artifical lakes and spiaggia poeta.

The apartment is very clean, spacious and will all needed facilities. It’s easy to park the car in the neighborhood and it’s only around 15-20 minutes walk to the city center. At the same time it’s also very convenient to go to the airport. The owner of the property is extremely friendly and makes you feel like at home.

Nothing really.

The location is great. Supermarket at less than 5 minutes walk. Bars for coffee & pastry or lunch around the corner. Walk to shops and city centre. The host is lovely. The apartment has everything you could need.

Only one air con unit in one bedroom (the one with double + single bed). The other bedroom had a portable aircon unit that we found didn’t cool down the room.

It was amazing 🤩,the flat was very good,there is a lot of things in bathroom and the kitchen is very good. This is first visit in Cagliari.We'll definitely see you again.Thank you for all. Fabrizio is very good host.,

This is such a nice place! It’s really cosy and clean. The apartment has everything you need and the refrigerator is always full with everything you need for breakfast or just a snack. Fabrizio is such a nice host and helps you wherever he can…also the recommends for restaurants where really good! The price value is just perfect! when I’ll come back to Cagliari once there is no question about to stay here again!

Probably the best B&B I've ever stayed at! Fabrizio is very responsive and takes care of every aspect of your stay, the apartment is spacious and close to the city center. Impeccably clean with great breakfast options. Truly top stay!

Apartment is fully equipped an very clean . Good localization close to the city center and if case You like walking You can go to the beach it takes not more than 45 min or just take a bus . Bus stop is located 5 min from the apartment . We will for sure recommend it to all our friends visiting Cagliari in the future :)
