The host was super kind! He greeted me at the doors and showed me the room. He was very proactive in giving me coffee and food. His wife even prepared a delicious cake! They changed towels and sheets every day. The space was very clean. The room is on the floor. You have access to the balcony and air conditioning. My room was very spacious. The city center was about 20 minutes by walk and the bus stop was around 5 minutes. To the airport, you'll get in about 40 minutes, including bus and train travels.

Wi-fi sometimes was slow. If I may suggest sth, a microwave would give 11/10 :)

The room itself as well as the bathroom were spacious and always clean. The host was quickly available through WhatsApp or directly next door, very friendly and helpful with recommendations for food or beaches. The accommodation is well connected by bus. It only took us around 15 minutes to the city centre. The balcony is nice to eat breakfast on and air your beach towels. We also greatly enjoyed the air conditioning as we were in Cagliari at the end of August.

Sometimes we could hear the shower of the second bedroom and people coming or leaving, but that wasn't too bothering.

Excellent location for anyone wanting the best of both worlds—beach by day and city life by night. The public transport is fantastic, with a weekly travel card available for just 12 euros, making it easy to get around. There’s a supermarket conveniently located right across the street, which was super handy. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious, bright, with balcony and had everything necessary. Not far from center, good connection with the beach and food shop. The host is very attentive and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Clean bright room with balcony . A walk from the centre there are plenty of bus options also. Hosts were exceptional checking in with me if i needed anything. Will look forward to returning. Supermarket opposite for any needs.

Brilliant service with wonderful breakfast and a really nice host. The room was well equipped with nice refurbishment and a cleaning service. We had all we needed and wanted at all times and it was a really positive stay for us. Would recommend over a hotel for the privacy, the more local experience and the value for money.

Super kind host! 10 points for Evandro that made me feel so welcome in the accomodation and Cagliari at all! His place offers two rooms and shared space for having breakfast (there is espresso machine so you may have good coffee anytime!). It it close to stop of buses that bring you to the city center or to close beaches - mostly I walked by foot enjoying city enviorement. Supermarket just in front of the building so if you stay longer, you may keep some food in the fridge that you have in the room.

Great breakfast: fresh, home-made beautiful cakes and pies in the morning, fresh fruit, tea and coffee. Super friendly and helpful owner!
