very nice, clean and quiet. the room size is very nice as well and has fridge and everything you need.. the owners are very helpful any time. the property is about 2 min by walk to the seaside. and has a vey cute small coffee shop and several restaurants just at the corner . I eat the best pasta ever in one of them.

I didn’t notice when I booked it that the room doesn’t have enough bathroom. however there are 2 bathrooms can be used. I had to go back to my room a few times because the bathrooms were in use. if you are ok with not having your own bathroom than it’s perfect stay.

It was really clean, good value for money, the staff is amazing and very helpful! It's was quiet and peaceful. There's plenty options to make a tea or coffee anytime which I have really appreciated! Thank you! Looking forward to come back there in the future.

Buzzer is very loud when people arriving, especially if they're uncertain of checkin details and continue to press it over & over. my room beside buzzer hence loud in room

We liked a lot the location is the perfect location is you travel for a couple of days. Everything was excellent, very clean. Genaro the host was very friendly and helpful. We will look forward for the next trip to Napoli to stay again there.

Well looked after, clean and tidy, and easy to find. Bedroom and bathrooms were nice and spacious ☺️ surrounding area was lovely - only a couple of minutes stroll to the waterfront/promenade 😍

Could have been my fault for not reading everything properly/misunderstanding something (and for arriving between 14:00 and 16:00) but the check in process seemed a bit more confusing than it needed to be. Also, the property is walking distance to the the city/attractions (20-30 mins) but you’ll probably want to look at using public transport (the number 5 bus runs to the centre from the nearby cathedral)

Very easy to find, close to the city by bus and very near the place I was attending a concert, so perfect for my needs. Lots of restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed, clean sharing toilets. Couldn't ask for more!

Clean room and functioning air conditioning. Bathrooms are shared but also cleaned daily and enough bathrooms available for the amount of guests. Hosts are kind and emergency number was available at 1 a.m. when we had trouble opening the gate with the code.

Short drive from airport, lots of street parking available, secure building, good AC, easy check in and good communication with host. Very clean and well appointed bathrooms. Short walk from property to the water front and nice to stroll up and down.

Really kind and helpful staff. Location highly recommended both to visit the city and go to Poetto beach. Recommended 100%. I would come back above all for how welcoming the staff was with me ☺️

The place is ok, everything was as described in the ad :) Whe arrived late, but thanx to the video tutorial the check-in went really smooth. The room was spacious and clean. The hosts are friendly and helpful.

Given the shared bathroom (very clean though!) I’d say it’s pricey, but otherwise it was really fine
