There's the biggest beach in Sardinia really close by, walk-able distance. The breakfast was really great and Michele was a great cook. Hearing him sing or whistle while he's cooking was such a great feeling, it felt we were hosted at a really close friend's house. Michele was honestly one of the loveliest people we ever interacted with in our 2 weeks in Sardinia. From the beginning he gave us a lot of useful information: where to eat, what to visit, how to get by in the city, what transportation to take, what beaches to see. This in itself made our stay mind blowing and besides that, we were right across the street from the national park. You have no idea how amazing it is to wake up to that with a hot coffee that you enjoy on your balcony while nature manifests itself in all its glory in front of your very eyes. If we ever return, we would love to stay at this place again...and we always say, we remember so many things from our travels, but we never ever forget the people we interact with. Thank you Michele for making our vacation truly memorable, you're a wonderful person!

Starting with location: quiet and cozy surroundings, exactly 10 min walk to beach Poetto and small Marina, 5 min walk to the supermarket, 5 min walk to the bus stop where multiple bus lines will take you to the city centre in 15 minutes. Family run B&B with amazing atmosphere. Perfect breakfast prepared by owners themselves (cheese, meat cuts, eggs, pastries, yogurts, fruits and etc) and of course a good coffee. The whole building is so well kept and clean. Rooms are pretty and comfy. Everyday cleaning (exceptional tidiness). Owners are very kind and always there for you. Thanks so much for everything to Michele, Marco, Raffaella and everyone else who works hard to make this place so amazing. Overall my best accommodation experience in Italy. Our stay was perfect and we would absolutely love to come back one day.

We loved our stay here. The location is great. Calm, clean and tidy. You can choose from two types of breakfast and we choose continental. For us it was a perfect choise, but of cource it is a matter of taste. Walking distance to Poetto beach is about 10 minutes. Using public transport to Cagliary - 10 to 15 minutes to downtown. Single fare - 1.30 EUR; Daily ticket 3.30 EUR; Weekly card cost 12 EUR. Кind and helpful hosts, ready to respond to your every wish or question. Thank you Michele and Andrea! We will be back!

Hospitable nice hosts, they gave all the necessary information about the island, extra towels for the beach. Rich and delicious breakfasts, you won't stay hungry. Comfortable bed. Very good quiet location, easy to catch bus to the city, beautiful clean Poetto beach in 10 min walk away. Special thanks to Michele for the late check-out option.

Soundproofing, sometimes you can hear your neighbors, but it's a kind of problem only for early mornings.

We chose this place because it was a bit away from the touristy parts of town and we were a bit anxious about parking options. No problem here, we parked on the street out front. It was a short walk to the nearby beach where there are several restaurants. Our room was very comfortable and had a balcony. Our host was particularly helpful and the breakfast provided was very good. Great value.

I loved everything about my stay here: excellent service upon booking, great communication pre-arrival, clean and comfortable room with air conditioning, lovely breakfast and welcoming host. Everyone that I met was friendly and accommodating and the location of the hotel was perfectly situated near the beach.

Everything was great! Just be a little careful of the last bus that runs from the town back to the hotel as one night it didn't arrive and I had to do a little walk back, but definitely not a fault of the hotel and couldn't fault a thing!

We stayed at this property for six nights and we were very happy to choosing it! We had beautiful clean room with big balcony, neighborhood is very quiet and close walking distance to beach. Our host Michele was super! Very friendly and helpful and made us a delicious breakfast every morning. highly recommend.

A fabulous place to stay, near the wonderful Poetto beach and an easy bus ride away from the centre of Cagliari. Our room was spotlessly clean and the balcony looked over the lagoon, where we could see the flamingos; clearly with the help of binoculars. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful and we would not hesitate to recommend this place to others. Many thanks for a very enjoyable stay.

The property is well maintained, it’s a mixed of old and new. It’s a 10 minutes walk to poetto beach and 15 minutes to Calamosca beach. So you have 2 choices!! It’s also a 10minute drive by bus to town. There are plenty of restaurants around the area too.

I wished it had a swimming pool! 😃

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hosts were incredibly gracious and personable and were easy to contact. They stayed up late to help us in after a late flight. The breakfast is to die for, and the view from the room is great. Easy to find, quiet neighborhood and great AC. We have no complaints!!
