Exceptional Stay in Cagliari – A True Gem! We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this incredible place during my vacation in Cagliari, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, Stefania was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and generous – truly going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The accommodation itself is outstanding. It’s fully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need – and then some! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. You can tell a lot of care and attention has gone into making this place feel both luxurious and cozy. The location is ideal – just a short walk to the beach, perfect for morning swims or evening strolls. Plus, the city center is easily accessible by a quick 15-minute bus ride, so exploring all that Cagliari has to offer was effortless. If you’re planning a trip to Cagliari, don’t think twice – this is the place! And for sure we'll come back again :)

We loved everything about this property and its location. The hospitality and kindness of the owner were exceptional. And with sun beds and parasol on the private beach, ⛱️, with breakfast served in the beach bar, we couldn't have asked for anything more, except a few more days to enjoy it!! Would highly recommend this property, and its location, a few steps from the beach, and close to restaurants, Italian street food (build your own paninis), a Spar, and a bus stop just around the corner with a frequent, and cheap, bus service to Cagliari. Just perfect to be honest ....

Perfect Location just 50 min from the 'stabilimento' balneare. The gate faces the lungo mare then you enter a small garden and the little cosy house with its own door. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped, the is also a small kitchen a coffe machine. All in a nice vintage style. Also access to the local bbeach house is included with an umbrella and 'lettino' for the days you are staying. Perfect if you want to stay in Cagliari and enjoy the sea at your step door.

Stefania is the best host one can ever dream of! Generous, caring and helpful. We were astonished with the amount of gifts she presented: starting from the beach umbrella and sun beds, ending with the best Aperol Sprits on the coast on the beach party! Her place is cozy and well equipped with everything guests need, located in a perfect spot: 2 minutes from the beach, close to the bars and restaurants area, grocery store is just 10 minutes away. Marina harbor is also at a walking distance with boats and yachts available to rent. Stefania helped us to make a reservation and we enjoyed our boat trip around the shore a lot! In the evening people gather together in Marina Piccola to celebrate the joy of life: plenty of small restaurants and cafes provide delicious food and drinks for any taste, families with kids, friends have the best time of their life dancing, partying and having fun. Staying at Stefania’s place you’ll feel the hospitality of Italy and will fall in love with Cagliari and its people.

I had the most amazing trip at La casetta al Poetto. The accomodation is near to the beach, there are great restaurants nearby and some nice hiking routes. The room is tiny but beautiful, with all the equipment you will need. The balcony is amazing as well. You just couldn’t wish for a better host than Stefania, she helped me with everything I needed during my stay. 100% recommended ☺️❤️

Stefania, our host, was wonderful and very helpful. We arrived late and she had food waiting for us in the fridge. She provided sunbeds for us at the beach and a light breakfast too. I can't say enough about her thoughtfulness. The room was perfect and we made good use of the bbq. Amazing stay.

The Stefania made us feel very welcome. She hosts a cute little apartment 1 minute distance to the beach at Poetto.
