The property is in the middle of a natural oasis and there is the chance of kayaking, cycling, doing yoga while, at the same time, enjoying the surrounding nature. Furthermore, the tents on the lake are provided with all the requested amenities for a proper stay and the view on the lake is just amazing. Also, paying an additional price people can have spa where Finnish sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and Himalaya salt room are included. There’s also an entire room where people can sit on huge beds while having herbal tea or chamomile with a beautiful view on the lake.

They gave us a room where there was no hot water and WiFi and there was no similar room available to change ours. Yet, they offer us to use the spa the day after to apologize for the inconvenience and to give us the possibility to have a warm shower.

The big rats beside the lake and lizards were scary. Thanks god it was all outside the villa. Also, the property has a day use service which is so cheap compared with the booking prices. If you liked the place and the stay price is expensive to you, you can take a day use ticket and enjoy your time from morning to night with way less price. The problem is the day use service makes the resort more crowded.

The place was perfect for relaxing and forgetting about life stress, the staff were helpful and friendly, especially Francesco and Daniella. Loved the spa, massage, hottub, and wellness atmosphere. Highly recommended and definitely will come again.

Nothing, but you need a car to arrive there the place a little bit far from the city for those who love the crowd.

Location amazing, view amazing, everything was amazing

We didn't find the international breakfast, the only "free" option was the italian classic breakfast but I personally think that a nice place like this one should be offer an international breakfast too. We booked a suit room but no one told us we could use the jacuzzi outside, we find out that we could use it just because Gabriella (amazing person), the woman that works at the spa, told us that the outside jacuzzi was included with our room!

We had a water tent which was a very special and unique experience. Sleeping in the water with a magnificent view in the lake from your bed. The room was cool, everything modern and new. The pool was also great, clean and different pools that you can use besides the lakes. This was all good, the food was great for both dinner and breakfast (what they deliver on the room as well for 10 Euro extra).

The restaurant however was a big disappointment. As the total resort is quite modern and new, the restaurant itself was quite horrible. It was a closed space with no view while you have fantastic views in both outsides normally but they taped the windows so you couldn’t see anything. Could as well be the basement, this definitely doesn’t match with the rest of the resort, and the food for that matter because the food was awesome. You were only eating it in a place with no nice atmosphere at all. I hope they will change this in the future as this place deserves better.
