Wonderful, friendly service. Beautiful reception area upon entry. On-site parking available. Lots of great facilities for children including a kids play room. Pet friendly with lots of fur babies around. Room was a good size with a nice balcony and spacious bathroom. Room was clean and daily room service was provided while we were at breakfast. Great selection for breakfast buffet. Delicious food at the restaurant for dinner.

We were unlucky to chance a random week of unusually hot weather for the region and because the rooms do not have air condition it was a bit stuffy. But it is understandable with the typical climate why they do not have air conditioning and the staff were lovely and provided a large fan for our room during our stay.

We booked this last minute and when we arrived it was an excellent choice. The young guy on reception was extremely helpful. When we went to breakfast the following morning, they had put a ‘Happy Birthday’ note on the table for my husband. They’d obviously picked this up when we had to hand over our passports when we checked in the previous afternoon! Thanks so much. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a 3 rooms in the first floor and in all rooms balcony light didn't work.

Lovely staff made for a very comfortable stay in a beautiful part of Italy, the pool and spa facilities were great . The most amazing breakfast we had anywhere on our holiday

Super friendly and helpful staff, recommending some good local restaurants as we had arrived very late. The room was amazing, comfy beds, great bathroom&shower and the provided shower gels and body creams (wood selection) were just out of this world!! we absolutely loved it. Breakfast was also great, with lot of different options and choices. Wifi had great coverage and good speed. Parking for motorbike under the covered balcony was also nice to see. We appreciated the free upgrade to bigger room as we had lot of gear wit us.

Very clean and spacious room, excellent breakfast with a lot of choice, parking nearby. It is such a quiet place that you can sleep with the balcony door open and all you hear is birds and the river.

Good location with mountain view. Beautiful hotel interior, quiet, clean & spacious rooms. Very good breakfast and dinner with friendly service. Extra thanks for the spa with sauna, ski room, Trentino guest card and the breakfast bag at the early check-out!

Lovely food and great, quiet location. Excellent staff. Room cleaned every day. Great value, easy access to the Dolomites.
