My partner and I stayed for one night as an entry point to our Dolomites adventure. This hotel is located a 30-35 min bus ride to the central/touristy area of Bolzano. There is free parking - this hotel is probably best accessed with a car (or well timed bus journeys given they run half hourly). Within a 5 min drive, we were able to access a couple of large supermarkets. The room was modern (with USB bedside plugs), spacious and had a mini fridge. It had blackout curtains. There was an individually controlled AC unit which worked well. The bathroom was spacious with body soap in a bottle. There was no kettle but we did not need it.

We booked a twin room for two nights. As I've seen, the staff on front desk speak English really well. And they were really helpful, and were not reluctant to pass on any information to us, especially about the city and transportation etc. The hotel is located in a quiet area of the town, so we did not get bothered by any loud noises during night. The room was spacious, and was really clean. The bathroom was too (although I felt like the shower head was located a bit high, and if you're 5'4 or shorter, would have a hard time reaching it). And I believed it was really good for the price.

Everything was perfect, although the location was a bit far from the city center (But I assume it was close to the airport, if you're flying there). And there were not many restaurants nearby, so it was difficult to find any places for a meal, especially after 6 pm. In the breakfast, it could be a bit crowded. I wished they had a more spacious area for that. But again, none of this would not stop me from staying there again.

We had a great two night stay here! We initially had a room which was right next to a very loud party across the street but the staff immediately offered us a new room which was bigger and just as comfortable! Very clean and comfortable beds.

Location was a bit far from the centre but we knew that when we booked :) public transport is decent but the hotel does not offer a free transport card like Trento city does for some guests. In the end we relied on transport but also walked to the city!

Spacious, comfortable, very good value and well organised basic room in the industrial area of south Bolzano. Great if you plan to travel by car mostly outside of the city.

The location is not beautiful but that's definitely not a recommended stay if you want to visit mostly the city (which by the way would be a serious loss, because the nature, castels and villages are the best part of the region). The indications to find it could be improved and the exit from the parking is fairly dangerous and requires attention. In general the city car and transportation infrastructure is not great. The breakfast is quite good and good value but as far as I could see there's no espresso machine and thus no hot alternative milk options. The TV supports Chromecast but for some reason not VLC with subtitles. No coffee nor tea in the room.

We were in room 320. It was spacious with plenty of room for our 2 large cases. There were blinds inside the double glazing and curtains so very dark at night. It was quiet at night. There was aircon. We had a minibar fridge in our room . We didn't try the breakfast but it looked good. There were several charging ports - USB and phone direct ports. Entering the hotel was flat with reasonable sized lifts.We got an automated message asking if we had settled in okay and was there anything we needed. A street map was provided which was helpful and few of the places we stayed did this

The hotel was a bit hard to find as we couldn't see it through the trees in the carpark area. We didn't have trouble finding parking. It is quite a long way from the center of town and parking was quite expensive for a short time (in town). There are no nearby restaurants so one of the nights we ate from the freezer meals available in the lobby. You heat them in the microwave. The shower nozzle was far too high for me to get down but at least there were plenty of hooks, some at a reachable height! Lighting could be improved. The bedside lights were not very effective.

Very basic chain hotel, but did the job for a quick stay over- clean and comfy bed. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Free parking was a plus.

Nothing fancy- walls banged up desperately needed new paint but we understood the standard of hotel when booking so it did not disappoint. Breakfast also extremely basic, but did the job.

Good, clean, safe room. Good parking. Reasonable rate. I would certainly stay here if just passing through town. They have a lift.

We only stayed while passing through Bolzano. Location may not be ideal if staying more than a night. It was very difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. It is not clearly marked and no house number is outside. There is a long driveway and the building is barely visible from the street. We drove passed it a few times before we discovered the entrance. I highly suggest to them, they make the entrance more visible with well lit signage.

My room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. The bathroom was very big, and I had lots of place to put my stuff. A plus point because I could link my phone with the tv!

It was a bit far from the city centre. And in the building next to me was a party, so it was very loud.

Nice to find a hotel in the vicinity of the NOI campus of Bolzano University. That saved me a lot of bus rides to town. The noise of the highway traffic was well reduced by the well-closing windows. I slept well despite heavy traffic at night! And I loved the bicycles that allowed me to ride along the river.

It was a pity that the wifi was down for two of my six days.

Very pleasant and welcoming staff at reception. The room was very comfortable, if small. Excellent bathroom. The buffet breakfast was excellent with something for all tastes.

It was tricky finding the entrance to the car park. This would benefit from better signage. The hotel is a good 30 minute walk from the centre but after a long drive the exercise was good! It might be good if the hotel had a leaflet showing the best walking route into town.
