I don't think I've ever given a full 10 points to a hotel before but this place truly deserves it. Everything was new, modern, clean and exceeded our expectations. Great location in the city center and it had everything you would need for a stay in Bolzano. Despite the central location, we had no issues with noise from the street.

The only negative thing was that it said on their website that they don't store your luggage before/after check in/out which we found unusual since they have a reception area. However, it turned out that we were in fact able to leave our suitcases with them for a few hours after checking out so all good in the end :)

This building has apparently been very recently renovated ( last works going on, but not intrusive) and despite its location on a prime shopping street we found it very quiet and peaceful. The studio we had was spacious and well equipped, with hanging and storage space as well as a table & chairs and seating. Good walk-in shower. Breakfast can be had by arrangement with a local cafe and was waiter served. There are cups and a coffee machine, so for a longer stay, the possibility of self catering exists.

We found the key code access a bit confusing ( one for first arrival and then another for the studio) and all lights etc are controlled by touch pads with symbols and not switches. It’s an age thing……

Very large, modern room and bathroom, huge and comfortable bed, nice patio outside the room. Tasteful furnishings and decorations. There are basic dishes and cutlery in the room for having a drink or a snack. Super clean. Friendly and helpful staff. There is parking just below the building which is very convenient. Located right in the center, there is also a large supermarket just opposite the hotel entrance. Easy to follow check-in instructions.

The parking price of EUR 25 per day is quite expensive, it could be a little cheaper for guests who are already paying for the rooms.

The room was very nice, well decorated and comfortable. Access to the hotel and to the room was with a code number. You could have cooked your own meals in the kitchen (except we didn't find any cutlery), and there was a coffee pod machine and a kettle as well as coffee and tea bags. The location was great, right in the old town next to archaeological museum. Beds (even the sofa bed) and bedding were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. The shower was very luxurious and nice. The view was amazing, great for a breakfast in the balcony! Hotel offered additional services such as a spa with additional price and possibility to do your own laundry for free.

The price was fairly high, but didn't include breakfast. The service could have been a bit more friendly. The curtains were quite sheer which could bother some people.

The hotel is right in the city center of Bolzano with parking available (€25 per day) in their garage. It's a beautiful hotel with anything you may need (gym, spa, baths). My room was simply gorgeous; it had air-conditioning, a smart light system, a fridge, kettle, a microwave and much more. Lots of space and very comfortable. Despite it being in the center, it's not noisy at all! The staff was also really friendly and helpful. The best place I've stayed at during my road trip through six European countries. Absolutely recommended!

The price for parking is quite expensive but that's to be expected. It would be perfect to have a terrace and/ or pool, but aside from these things my stay was divine.

Large and comfortable room for this price. The best location in the city center. The bathroom was very clean and all facilities were in perfect condition. I also liked that the lighting and air-conditioning control was through a user-friendly touch screen control panel.

The only small drawback was that there is no 24 hour reception and even during their work hours, it is hard to find them. They usually don't answer the phone.

Like- location, has private parking, quiet although in old town area, tie up with restaurant next door for breakfast. Washing machine and dryer available on reception floor for use. Dislike- cant really cook, just heat up with microwave. Access code to carpark was given only after check in. No iron and ironing board.

The location, accommodations, and overall experience was beautiful! We loved how central it was and that it was easy to come and go. I appreciated that it was modern, but still felt warm and welcoming. We even got a free upgrade to a larger room!

We had been upgraded to a larger room (which was lovely!). But no one emailed us about this beforehand, so when we arrived, our code didn't work. We had to call the hotel and then they told us about our upgraded room and new code.

The property exceeded my expectations. The apartments are extremely comfortable, well appointed and spacious and represent incredible value for money. They are warm, cosy and quiet despite the location. The location in the commercial heart of the old town is outstanding. I also left some jewellery in my room and the hotel mailed it to me, full marks for honesty and professionalism.

I would have appreciated left luggage facilities, I would have rated the property 10/10 if there had been somewhere to leave my bag for an hour prior to check in. It would have been nice if guests could use the basic spa facilities (e.g. sauna) free of additional charges.
