Amazing location, great breakfast (several options of fresh Italian bakery items, coffee was fantastic and in general a lot of food, you will not be hungry again until the evening), staff were always very friendly and if you ever needed something they will do their best to help with almost anything, making you feel very comfortable. I would strongly recommend staying here.

Comfortable bed, friendly owners, good shower, decent breakfast, easy parking outside as in an industrial estate. Good for an overnight stay and only a few minutes from Bolzano airport

Work ongoing with the pizzeria attached at present. Noise started around 8am but not an issue as we were checking out at 10am

Really nice location, kind personnel. Good breakfast and the room was really awesome. The hotel is undergoing improvements, but it does not interfere with the room or the aspects that make it a great place to stay at.

We were asked before what we preferred if a double room and a single bed or a single bed. Our room with 3 beds was really comfortable and spacious. It was not noisy and we slept very well.

It was bit difficult to open the property door by leaving the hotel.

It was really helpful for us. We used the place for staying a night while going to visit Rome and coming back. We also parked our car during this period of time. Though it was our first time that we left the car but we found it is absolutely secure facility. The owner has covered parking. The room was very comfortable. So we were very happy and very thankful the owner. We will use this service again in our future trips.

We felt the price is little high and the owner do not speak English or German but he was very very helpful
