Everything! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service was exceptional! From the reception, bar, spa, restaurant, grounds staff. Everyone was super professional yet so personable. The spa facilities as some of the best we've been to. Fantastic variety of pools, saunas Turkish baths in the most beautiful setting. The selection at breakfast was out of this world! We've stayed in 5 star hotels and the quality and variety at times hasn't touched this. Plus fantastic coffee! My mum and I had an evening meal in the restaurant.... the veal was amazingly tender and the pork jowel was so tasty! The rooms are huge and so stylish with everything you'd need and more and the bed and pillows were so comfortable and great quality! .

That we didn't stay longer! :) An iron would be a good option to keep in housekeeping for guests if they have one item to iron rather than the additional ironing service

Everything. It wasn't the first time we stayed at this hotel, but we felt even more welcomed this time. The receptionist offered us late check-out without us asking, to give us more time to enjoy the hotel facilities. The Spa and rooftop jacuzzi were fantastic and we had an unforgettable 3-hour dinner at their restaurant and pampered by their staff. Even the chef came out to greet us! The lady who served us could speak mandarin so could explain the menu in detail to my Hong Kong friends who don't speak Italian. And then there was the breakfast which used to be served in the restaurant, but they have since refurbished this grand room at the side to be used as the breakfast room which is very beautiful, and the breakfast was superb! We're already planning our next stay when we drive down to Italy in October!

This is an amazing hotel, clean, large and bright rooms. Especially the staff was amazing and a guy named Antonio who was attentive to every question helped in an unusual way and gave us a feeling of home. Everything we asked for we got. We have no words for the most recommended hotel. I wish for every hotel in the world. And a very personal thank you to Antonio!!

The whole hotel is super nice and stylish great outdoor area and our favorite was the rooftop sun terrace with bar and whirlpool. The indoor spa was amazing as well lots of different saunas and steam baths. All very relaxed and sophisticated vibe

The best of ours stays Each staff member is commeeted to making your stay the best possible and they succeded +++++ from the receptionnists to the lounge bar and his famous cocktails to the tasty restaurant all in this place is perfection And I don't speak about the hotel art deco with a lot of saloons with very precious pieces of funiture like a museum A wonderfull stay and I can add thermes free

The village is a hidden gem and the hotel is an Art Deco dream. The architecture is interesting and breakfast was good. Our room had a good size. we enjoyed the pool and the gym. we did not have time to visit the spa but it looked superb. The medieval castle nearby was really worth a visit. we also had the best dinner in a really long time in a small place just 200 meters from the hotel.

our room had keys which feels a bit dated - it is tricky having a family room and sharing one key. however that is a small thing.

Everything during our stay was perfect. Breakfast was till 10:00, but if you come 9:55 they wait for you as long as you need. The spa is great, the room, the interior of the hotel, the bar, the restaurant, all is great. In close proximity is a huge park. The hotel provides bikes at request. The staff is very helpful.

One night we had loud neighbors, but the reception took care and all went back to normal.
