The staff were super friendly and it was easy to park, the breakfast was buffet and good with typically global options. The location was convenient to food. The room was big enough for a large person with massive shower which was great!

My only real issue is the bed was not comfortable and just had sheets, 2 small very soft pillows. Nothing in the room to make it more comfortable. The AC worked well but was noisy and you would be cold if you use it all night, too hot it you didn't. Would be easy to fix by adding better or extra pillows. Have an extra blanket in the room.

Lovely hotel brillianty situated for town centre. Nice breakfast but our small dog wasn't allowed in breakfast room with us whereas most establishments in Italy, including restaurants and bars allow them. Internet fast but can be tricky to get working on my laptop, no issues with other devices so may just be my laptop. Nice underground parking with lots of space. Overall would reccomend.

The location is fantastic for us. We use to visit the area and it is easy access from the A14 Autostrada, great parking (free), but walking distance into the town centre. Breakfast is excellent with brilliant staff. Rooms are great, large and well appointed. We have used this hotel previously and will definitely use again. Thank you to all the staff who make this an enjoyable experience.

Nothing for us!

The city center was a short walk from the hotel and there were restaurants and a grocery store close-by. The room was thoroughly cleaned and the bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The wi-fi was not reliable and would often disconnect while working on my laptop. If you need a reliable connection and do not have another method (hotspot, etc) I would not recommend this location.

Great breakfast and servers! Reception staff were helpful, except for a night attendant. The room was fairly nice. The location was convenient with access to services and stores.

A reception attendant was very unhelpful, when I called to make a welfare check on my family. They were unexpectedly very late, and I could not reach them. I was calling from America. The attendant was rude and hung up on me, for multiple calls. This was expensive and unacceptable!

Since 2020 this hotel is my first choice in Forli :) I really enjoy hotel, available parking, walking distance to city centre, brekfast and great stuff! :)
