The location was great, the room and the bathroom were very clean. The staff was also very kind. They are servicing a cheap breakfast too, it is 2 euros per person and it includes a croissant, coffee and juice.

The room was pretty small, it could be larger. Also, whenever you leave the hotel, you have to leave your keys with the receptionist. I didn't like that, I prefer to keep the keys with me, anyway it was not much of a deal.

The location was perfect— it was our first time in Italy and close to my aunt’s house. The staff was very nice and most spoke English. My daughter arrived a few days later and they were very accommodating with her late check in. They also did a great job of freshening up my room and NOT freshening up my kids’ room when they requested it be left that way. My kids preferred to clean their own room…..(?). We never stayed for the breakfast which was basically coffee and a cornetto. You had to let them know ahead of time, and that just didn’t work out with our schedule, but we saw others do it and it looked fine. There was no coffeemaker in the room but that is an American thing, and that was fine also. There is a great cafe around the corner. If you bring a car there is limited parking in front of the hotel but I believe a block or two away there is a larger parking lot. All in all, a very quiet, clean hotel, perfect for our 4 night stay.

We had to leave our key at the front desk when we left for our daily trips, but there was always someone manning the front desk so that wasn’t a problem. It was just a weird habit to form.

Exceptionally tidy and clean room and bathroom, vey warm in spite of the cold outside. The bed was very comfortable and bigger than expected, considering the fact it was a single bed. The staff is very kind and helpful, they make you feel welcome. And all that for what I consider a low price. Top for touristic visits and people who travel for work.

In the city center with a lot of restaurant and cafe nearby. The building is old but it has been renovated few years ago, so, new bathroom and floors. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is 2.5€ for croissant, juice and coffee.

Amazing place! Great location, great staff and the room was so good with everything I could possible need. There was a cafe inside the stay and I could get most of the drinks I wanted! Amazing experience all together!

Nothing really

A quiet location within 5 minutes walk to restaurants and bars and the town centre. The room and bathroom were both very clean. Breakfast was simple.

Possibly some better facilities in the room like a mini bar or a small fridge.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s a good, solid hotel. No frills, but has welcoming and helpful staff and comfortable, spotless rooms. Well located and good value.

Absolutely nothing to complain about but it would be a bonus if there was an English speaking news channel on the tv.
