The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with booking taxis and rides for dinner and getting to the cruise port. Breakfast was a very reasonable price, however, I didn't try it (my husband did and said it was fine). I found the hotel to be similar to other budget European hotels. There is a shopping center not too far away that has a few meal options.

Other than the couple of nearby restaurants, this hotel is not walkable to activities or sights. You'll either need a car or taxi. Uber was not really an option. Otherwise, no complaints.

Receptionist was great, went above and beyond to help. 20+ guests were trying to get to Ravenna cruise port but getting a taxi is a nightmare on a Sunday and they were a no show for hours even when ordered. She organized a local cruise transfer bus service who normally pick up in Ravenna city centre (30-40mins walk or take a bus there) to come get all of us. Great service. There is a self check in and vending machines for late night snacks/meal. Beds very comfortable.

Location is just off the motorway and tucked away at the back of housing estates. City centre is a bit of a walk but there is a bus to get there in 7mins. Would explain why very decently priced. Has a 10% discount for a restaurant 17mins walk away. When we got there, nobody was eating at the restaurant. Turned around and stopped at a family owned pizzeria with great food, very busy, could tell locals regularly frequented there - Pizzeria D'asporto, viale Brunelleschi, Ravenna.

Neat and tidy room. Located near a huge park so ample space to walk and relax outside. Breakfast was especially very good. There’s a big mall with many shopping options in walkable distance. All staffs were friendly and helpful even when some could speak English. However the receptionist can speak English

Not a big deal but the hotel is next to highway and there’s continuous noise from vehicle when the window is kept open. Also it is a little bit difficult to access via bus

Location is great, if you have your own means of transportation. There are plenty of parking spots and the premises is close to main road. Big plus, there is a nice big park to run or have a stroll. Staff is friendly and eager to help. Rooms are clean, mattresses and pillows are off good quality. Breakfast is not of great variety, but it is of good quality and well prepared.

Outstanding, friendly, helpful staff! Teresa and Samira excellent hosts. Teresa assisted eagerly and with much follow through in arranging transportation for us. Breakfast staff went out of their way to be helpful with special dietary needs. Clean rooms. Outstanding choice for Cruise departure!

Location was out of the way.

The bathroom was spotless. The room view wasn't exceptional, but the room was very quiet, and to be honest, I just used it to sleep.

The location was a bit isolated, but it doesn't matter if you need just a clean and comfy room.

The hotel is close to the highway - ideal if you are traveling to the south of Italy. There are many historical monuments in Ravenna that are worth seeing. Very nice and helpful lady at the reception. Very good breakfast. Perfekt free parking at the hotel.

Access to meals, drinks and snacks all day. nice sized room, with a comfortable bed. A few nice walking paths. Friendly and helpful staff who worked hard to communicate with us as we speak English and not Italian.

Location seems like a business center, otherwise you have to walk, bus, or taxi, to get to city center. It isn't bad except it can get confusing for people traveling from outside the country.

Very efficient check-in / check-out. Friendly & helpful staff. Good, abundant breakfast. Comfortable bed and good room facilities. Very good value for money.

Nothing not to like. The only thing that people need to be aware of, is that the hotel is sited around 3 kms from Ravenna city centre - a 30 minute walk, short car drive or 10 min bus ride

It’s a great place to stay, not it the vey of Ravenna so you need to use public transport or have a car!
