The hotel is lovely and clean. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return as we have family who live locally. Highly recommended.

The shower was minuscule, my husband really struggled to use it. The breakfast was lovely but simple and it was the same everyday, a little variety would have been nice. Otherwise everything was lovely.

I arrived quite late and exhausted and the gentleman who was working the desk was so helpful! He upgraded my room and gave me a map of the town with restaurants marked on . At breakfast the staff were excellent. Would highly recommend recommend!

The staff was very friendly. There was always someone at the reception. The room was cleaned every day and with quality. Everywhere in the hotel was clean. The location is very convenient, close to both the center and the station. At the same time, the hotel is in a quiet place. There was a small refrigerator in the room. I recommend it.

It would be nice if there was hair conditioner in the bathroom in addition to shampoo.

Most friendly, kind and helpful staff ever! Clean and comfortable room. Powerful shower. Adjustable AC (if it's too noisy just set the fan to medium or low). Private parking. City center 10/15 minutes walking distance.

Nice modern design în the room. Very neat bathroom. Very spacious. A very pleasant surprise this hotel, at a great price. The neighbourhood is very safe, quiet and elegant.

Air-con was such a relief! It worked so well! The room in general was really nice and with cool modern design. The bed was most comfortable, really appreciated it! The bathroom had window! TV was big, lots of entertainment. Staff was really friendly and helpful! Location good enough as well, not far from train station or the centre, the surrounding area is very cosy and safe. Great restaurants in every direction within 10 minutes of walk.

The breakfast was very simple ad moderate. Being in Italy means that people have great expectation for food, so it's kind of strange that the breakfast was not a feat. However, you can always trust Italian coffee!

Our room had a connection to the next room. The door between these 2 rooms was the weak point in sound attenuation point of view. We heard everything what the neighbor was doing or speaking. One night the neighbor started to watch TV 02:00, it was impossible to sleep. Luckily he stopped watching at 03:00 and we continued sleeping.

The property was clean inside. The lobby and breakfast areas are nice.

The exterior needs maintenance and looked unkempt. The room air conditioner had intermittent problems.

Great location …. Modern rooms and bathroom. Easy parking. Can walk to centre.

The bedding and sheets were clean but there was lots of dust on the base of the bed (either side of the mattress )

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Have elevator. Very nice location, really near to the city centre.
