The property is located in a hilly area with pleasant weather, which really added to the charm of our stay. We had originally booked a studio room, but upon check-in, found it a bit too small for our needs. The reception staff were helpful and accommodating, and we were able to upgrade to a top-floor apartment with a fantastic view—for what I felt was a reasonable additional fee. The gym is suitable for a light workout, and the on-site restaurant offers take away and dine-in options. We also loved the nearby park—it was perfect for the kids, and we ended up spending a lot of time there.

The gym timings from 9am, and need to collect the key from reception every time we want to use it.

Cozy apartment equipment with everything you need. Comfortable beds, well organized, nice and clean little kitchen and bathroom. Balcony with relaxing chairs. 5 feet deep heated pool with little pool corner for young ones and another relaxing bubble therapy pool and jacuza Sauna. Pool can access under tunnel connect to the each building it’s very convenient. Elevator and available restaurant, prices not so high. Kids play room inside the building and big kid play area outside and picnic area BBQ area, volleyball field for adults. Dogs area. So many attractions 30 minutes near by. Definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect, super clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and flexible. They let me use the gym on the day of check out. The location is also very good for a workation, you are at 5min away (by car) from the centre of Cavalese if you feel like a quicm lunch break in between meetings and in the evening you can workout at the gym and/or relax at the spa. Best combination! In the weekend you can easily reach ski places and/or snowshoeing walks. Very much recommended, I am looking forward to coming back!

Just the mattresses could be replaced, it's time. But the rest was perfect!

We returned to this hotel after 20 years for another ski trip, and we are absolutely delighted! It's amazing how they've managed to maintain such a high standard over all these years. Cleanliness, service, atmosphere – everything was top-notch, exactly as we remembered. Returning here was a very pleasant and nostalgic experience. We highly recommend it!

My only remark would be regarding the sauna, where too many people are present in a short period of its operation, which doesn't foster a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

Food in the restaurant was delicious, but it only worked after 19:00 so you can‘t have lunch there or grab a coffee during the day. Breakfast was good, although variety was moderate and it was the same every day. Spa was good. Ski bus stops just outside the hotel, there are different lines that bring you to different resorts (Cermis (5 min), Pampeago (25 min), Obereggen). Pampeago was the biggest ski zone with a great variety of slopes and lifts. Hotel was very clean overall. Ski rent onsite and convenient. Staff was nice and helpful. There was a play room with pool, table tennis, mini soccer. There was also a kids room for small kids (1-3 yrs), as well as a few evening events like magician show, quiz night etc. Overall very nice stay!

Overall the accommodation was very good, we enjoyed the stay. Apartment was spacy, comfortable, well equipped. We found everything what we needed there. Also Personal was very polite and helpful. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool - which was always warm and available in good time for them.

Great location, close to the funicular. Property has all you need, decent restaurants, pool, play room. Rooms are clean and well equipped.

When someone was cooking, the smell was ending up in our apartment. We never cooked in our apartment and one night when we came back from a dinner, the whole flat was smelling like a fried onion, it took 2 days to get the smell out.

Clean apartment, new furniture with folding beds, roomy bathroom with bidet. Good breakfast in the restaurant next door (5m from the hotel entrance). Dinner is possible only for reservation. Sauna and steam bath must be also reserved, because limited number of visitors. Pool and massage pool can be used in the opening times. The kitchen is small, not really recommended for cooking of hearty lunches, but perfect for small meals and tee.

Between Christmas and new year lot of young peoples booking the apartments, it is not recommended for people who needs relaxing. The fridge is in the room. The guests are using the sauna in swimsuit...

Perfect place, a lot of space in parking lot, restaurant, ski service and ski rent in the same buildings. Two buildings joined with a tunnel.

Skiroom with ski boot dryers would be an advantage, but thats not a big deal, we had our own dryers.

We really enjoyed our staying in your hotel in a very nice apartment. In my opinion it offers good value for money. I have been there many times and I am going to go there again.
