This was a large hotel, with plenty of parking round the back. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was provided with a reasonable selection.

The hotel and rooms are a little dated, but not too bad. The hotel staff didn't speak English very well, but their younger family member did which made things a little easier.

Parking facilities for a group of 10 bikers, the room I got with fantastic shower place I should say. The staff, taking care of the guests all the time. The breakfast buffet offerings everything one could wish.

A bit noisy in the rooms on the road side. Far away from downtown Chiavenna, but not a big issue, it’s only 1 to 2km depending where one wants to go.

Nice location, plenty of free parking space, coffee served round the clock at reception, pizzeria restaurant just opposite side of road. Hotel staff was very helpful.

Breakfast can have something warm and spicy like omlette or pasta perhaps.

Fabulous location, surrounded by mountains. Lovely swimming pool. The best shower we had had in the 4 weeks we have been travelling so far.

The terrifying road over the Splugenpass to get there from Swutzerland.

That there was a swimming pool and that furniture given were acceptable. We had a joyful vacation in the hotel and it was a pleasure to stay there in hotel aurora.

There was nothing we disliked in the hotel it was the best expirienced hotel we had ever stayed in before.

One night stop over five mgs on tour parked under cover food in restaurant the best we've had lovely food good service friendly staff rooms clean and tidy nice 😀

Obviously at low season, however, the staff was present and gave excellent service and information.

The facilities were great; fantastic swimming pool, bar and restaurant across the road with shared access.
