Good service, friendly staff, nice spacious rooms, 200m from the slope so almost ski in ski out, solid breakfast but could be greater choice of food that would match some other 4starS hotels in the Alps.

The temperature in the pool should be two degrees higher. The temperature in the Jacuzzi should be 2-3 degrees higher. The wellness/spa area is relatively small. No garage for cars, but enough parking outside. No help from staff when you arrive with the luggage. The dinner should start at 18:00.

The best "normally priced" hotel we have stayed in so far. Spa & wellness has totally exceeded our expectations with great selection of saunas, pool you can actually swim in, nice whirlpools, fitness and even a quiet area. Breakfast had great selection and coffee was very tasty. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff was very nice. But the feature that really elevated this hotel were the stunning mountains that surround the town of Colfosco (and this is coming from a guy living in the alpine region). The views are just amazing in all directions. We were staying in the hotel out of season (end of September) and there was still so much to do (hiking, climbing, biking, tasting good food and beer, spending afternoon in spa,...). Definitely coming back.

I usually find something, but not this time...

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It was in a great location, just a short walk from the slopes, and the facilities, including the ski room and wellness centre, were all excellent. The food was also a real highlight with a fantastic breakfast buffet and daily changing menu. Full board was good value for money.

Everything was perfect. Spa area is great, kitchen very good and very helpful and friendly staff. We even received upgraded room for same money. Location is one of the best in Dolomits.

We cannot find anything negative.

Wonderful hospitality and delicious dinner with the half board option. Very close to the ski slopes and we enjoyed the delightful spa facilities everyday. Thank you for making our holiday in Dolomites an unforgettable experience :)

Breakfast was good. Very plentiful.

Dinner was hit or miss. Many choices but not all great. When they got it right it was delicious.

Great wellness area. Varied dinners.

Nothing important: -Perhaps a recurring breakfast. -Breakfast quite late if you want to hike early. -Dinner quite late.

Simply amazing in every aspect. Had a wonderful trip. Room was great Pool and spa were great Food was delicious Silent and quite - had a wonderful stay. Thanks!

The highlight was the food, both breakfast and dinner were exceptional, a lot of options, always fresh, for dinner there was usually a salad , fruit and cake bufet, and you had to chose other 2 or 3 courses. I felt like in a very fancy restaurant. Good selection of wines. The ski room was amazing, never saw someting like this before. Every room has a locker that opens with your card. Inside you find support for boots, helmets and gloves that pumps warm air to dry you equipment after use. There is a big table with tools for ski service, a sink and brushes to clean you equipment after each use. I was really impressed by so much attention to details. Beds wrre comfy, mattress was firm and provided good support during sleep, pillows were thin, perfect for me :) In the restaurant I overheared people taking saying that was their 7th year they return to this hotel, I can imagine why. Totally recommend. There are other amazing facilities, but I just wrote my favorites.

The temperature in the room was a bit too low. I wouldn t say it was cold, but it wasn t comfy warm either. Maybe having a way to adjust it would have been nice. Cleaning ladies are knocking at your door at 8 30 in the morning if you didn t display the "don t disturb" sign, so as a tip, make sure you hang that outside if you want to sleep more :)
