The inside of the property is just so beautiful, this family home has so many lovely pieces of furniture which make it an extra special stay. Liliya & Salv are just wonderful people. I was travelling alone and arriving in Italy for the first time from Australia. I found the trains a bit confusing but managed to get to Fiumefreddo where they so kindly picked me up as it took me a lot longer then expected, knowing i was leaving early in the morning to Hike Etna they also offered to collect my dinner from a yummy pizza place nearby, I didn’t have any cash and so I was able to pay at the BnB directly thankfully which made things a lot easier. I also had a 7am collection and they catered an absolutely beautiful breakfast that was ready for me at 6.30am. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay.

Exceptional place, a true treasure trove! Location nestled between Mt. Etna and Taormina making this the perfect place to stay and travel this beautiful country. Rooms are immaculate, bathroom was modern, spotless and faultless. Air Con in the room with mini bar/fridge and TV. Just a simple Wow in every aspect. Breakfast in the morning done fresh and at a time that suits you. Stay 9 nights with every morning having something different and very pretty to look forward to. The perfect place for exploring this wonderful island. The hosts are amazing making my stay very special. They will be good friends forever and 100% coming back.

The hosts made you feel like family. The place is located on a busy street close to Mount Etna, Naxos, and Taormina. But you do no thear any street noise at night and I didn't even here the other guests at the B&B. You will need you own transportation. The parking area is ample but getting in and out can be a challenge. Salvatore was a lot of help with the car. There are not a lot of food options nearby and the location is not pedestrian friendly. However, Salvatore made it all ok. He arranged for us to go to a beautiful restaurant the first night, and even drove us there. The next day we hiked around Mount Etna. Then we both were not feeling well for the next 2 days. Salvatore took us to Naxos so we could walk around and see the sights (we didn't ask, he insisted!) and it was great. For the 3rd day we were still pretty tired and not ready to drive again so he arranged for us to take a bus to Taormina and we also were able to get to Castelmola. We ended up doing take out pizza one night for dinner and Salvatore gave us silverwear and a place to eat. And the breakfasts were, as everyone noted, spectacular. I am a vegan (my husband is not) and there was no issue with the breakfasts, all homemade and delicious. The room was big, air con worked well. The shower is lovely and modern. It is not like a 5 star accomodation, so if you want the Ritz this is not that, but what it is is a wonderful, homey, loving place to stay.

The place is wonderful so I have nothing I didn't like. I would not recommend staying here if you want walkability or do not have your own transportation.

I stayed for three nights at Villa Liliya, and I am so glad to have discovered this lovely place. It offers a very cozy experience and is conveniently located near Taormina. We parked the car in the yard, and the entrance was secured we got a remote, which we kept during our stay. The villa is also close to Mount Etna and is easily accessible from Catania by car via the highway. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing us with valuable information on how to visit Mount Etna. Every morning, we were served a different, delicious breakfast, which I would rate 11/10 stars—it was that good! The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would highly recommend Villa Liliya for anyone visiting the area.

Easy to get there from the strada, with car it is the perfect place to stay, near Taormina, Gardini Naxos, Etna, seaside, some good restaurants. It is a very nice villa with lovely hosts, nostalgic and local furniture, phantastic freshly made breakfasts. You can park within the yard with up to 3 cars. We've got a gate remote, so we could come and go anytime. Liliya and Salvatore help with everything, yet they do not hang around all the time, only if needed, leaving you privacy. The furniture is exceptional. It seems to be from an old era, but everything is shiny, clean, and fully functional. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. I saw, the rooms also have TVs, but we did not really use it them (it's our second time in here by now). Any time happy to come here again!

It really helps, if you speak Italian, but in the age of Google Translator this is not a big problem. If you're from a village, and are nor yet used to the traffic noises from the street, you'll have get used to it in Sicily, or will face a hard time. After almost 2 weeks travelling around, I have to say, this is normal in Sicily, this villa is one of the quieter places (we've been around a few). That being said, we had no issues with sleeping at all! :)

With one word: exceptional! We stayed here for 4 nights. The quality of service was something i did not expect. It is obvious that the hosts do everything with love, care and great attention to detail. This place could easily compare to many 5-star hotels; the rooms, which are beautifully designed, get cleaned every single day. After 2 nights the linens on the bed were changed, as well as the towels in the bathroom. Breakfasts are superb, there is something different every day and it is always delicious. The hosts are incredibly friendly and offer advice on just about anything and everything that interests you. The location is also great for visiting Taormina, Etna and Catania. I have never been so impressed with an accommodation before and i highly recommend it to everyone. Liliya and Salvatore, thank you for everything!

A wonderful B&B with lovely hosts. Liliya & Salvatore were so very friendly and welcoming. Salvatore was waiting for us on our arrival, opening the gates for us to drive in and park. The fresh delicious breakfast provided was just what was needed to start the day. The location is great for Etna, and visiting Taormina & Giardini Naxos (and, for us, the added bonus was the safe, free parking in the property grounds). The property is lovely, so well cared for and in a quiet location (but with quick access to the motorway). Pretty courtyard gardens and beautiful interiors. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was amazing, with lovely soft, fully white towels. If you are planning to visit this area then stay at B&B Villa Liliya - you will not regret it

We had an extremely nice and comfortable stay at Villa Liliya. The place looks authentic and amazing. Salvatore and Liliya have been very welcoming and helped us organize things to do and visit in the area. The location is convenient as it is close to both the cities and nature. We were given extensive and delicious breakfasts in the mornings. We enjoyed staying here so much that we ended up prolonging our stay by two nights. Villa Liliya is definitely recommended!

Wonderful staying in Sicily, the owners were amazing, super friendly and caring. Due to delayed flight we came about 1 a.m. and they waited for us until this time! Also the breakfasts they prepared every morning! Splendid. And they gave us tips where to go, what to visit nearby. When you come to visit Sicily you must definitely stay here! The room was super clean, beds comfortable.
