The location of the property is near Mount Etna and just off the town of Piedmonte. There is nothing around the property which makes it really quite and serene. Maria's mom Linda helped us check in and it was all very smooth inspite of us being super late to reach the location. The beds are comfy and the room is rustic, giving it a very country side charm. If you need to be close to towns like Piedmonte and Linguaglossa and Mount Etna, this is a perfect location. Accessing the guest house in a big car can be difficult, which is the case in most of the places in Sicily. We had a memorable stay at Glicine II bed and breakfast.

A hot water kettle would have been great in the room. We did get cutlery and plates upon request. Everything else was lovely! Thank you

We had an excellent 1 night stay at this B&B! The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding—one of the cleanest B&Bs we've ever experienced. The breakfast was delicious and perfectly suited to our taste. Our room was charming and comfortable, with two huge windows that offered breathtaking views—one overlooking majestic Mount Etna and the other a serene countryside landscape. This place truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!

Breakfast was basic but good enough with good value for money. May we suggest that the hotel introduces some variety so that it is not exactly the same each day? Location and environment are very nice, with lovely country views from rooms' windows.

We were two families with two rooms. One of the beds in one of the rooms was a sofa bed that opens into a double bed, used by one of our teenage children who complained that it was not comfortable. May we suggest that this particular bed is replaced by a proper bed with a proper mattress?

The pool area was excellent, cool in the afternoon, a great escape from the heat. Family friendly and staff always on hand to help. The accomodatoon was traditional, simple and private. We watched Etna from our garden each night.

The rooms didn't all have fans, however when we asked for an extra fan it was provided. The sofabed was not comfortable, you could feel the metal springs.

It is wonderful. Maria and her mom are incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. My room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches that made my stay cozy and comfortable. The breakfast each morning by the pool was great. The location is so peaceful. The genuine warmth and hospitality made my stay truly special. I can't wait to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Historical and “with a soul” beautiful place. Also very nice personel and owners. I liked most historical small tables with old ceramic at swimming pool (but unfortunately was not able to take them with me :-). Good place to take a rest. Beautiful view on Etna (especially in evenings during eruptions). Thank you Maria, your mother and all stuff. We will come back. See you. Bye.

Idyllic location with great views of Etna. Great pool area with lots of greens. Friendly staff (and cat). Good breakfast. About 20 mins. ride from Taormina. Nice restaurants in the nearby town.

Rooms are a bit old but functional - they could use a refresh in the next few years. We loved the access road, but it can prove tricky for some drivers.

Beautiful location, wonderful hosts — super friendly and communicative. I didn't have enough cash to pay for breakfast on checkout, and they waived it fully, which was really kind. My room had an incredible view of Etna, which was erupting when I was there.

The toilet brush hadn't been cleaned before going into the room.

Very nice host, speaking very good French, actively suggesting activities and restaurants in the area. The view on Etna was very impressive, the pool was nice but due to the early season end of April also very cool. 😎

They do not have a restaurant (only breakfast) it would be lovely to spend the evening there. Anyway the host suggested some good restaurants 5 minutes drive.
