We had an excellent stay at Rosa’s . The bed is very comfy and all room that includes a private bathroom renovated to a very high standard. We loved our kitchen and coffee machine !! After all it’s Italy! ( shared with another room). So if you are a family or with friends you can have two rooms and a communal kitchen. Rosa and her husband made us feel very welcome and did anything they could to make our stay as delightful as possible. They are wonderful hosts and nice people. The breakfast made of local ingredients and cooked by Rosa was delicious !! We arrived at dusk and went out to Find a lovely town with plenty of opportunities for eating out. We went to a pizza place ( nice atmosphere ) and great wine ( not an exact measured glass but rather a good big glass of wine) with plenty of choice. Lovely people with a top notch service as always in Sicily!!!

Nothing!! Maybe a tiny thing could be added to the room, 2 coat hooks although there is a wardrobe !

(If I could give 20 out of 10, I would!) Rosa has to be the kindest, most generous host in all of Sicily — and truly, one of the best I’ve ever met in the world. I’ve traveled extensively, and she’s easily in my top 5 hosts of all time. From the moment we booked, Rosa went above and beyond for us — before and during our stay — always responding quickly via Booking and WhatsApp. Though she primarily speaks Italian, she understands quite a bit of English and always made herself clearly understood with warmth and patience. The breakfast alone is worth the stay — fit for royalty! It included fried eggs (a rare treat in Italy), cold cuts, cheese, bruschetta, several Sicilian pastries, croissants, yogurt, jam, butter, juice, and coffee. Absolutely delicious and so generous. Rosa also gave us excellent recommendations for things to do in the area: • Panchina Gigante – a giant red bench with spectacular views of Mount Etna (perfect photo stop), • Piano Provenzana Etna Nord – a beautiful and accessible spot for exploring Etna’s north side, • Gambino Vini – a fantastic vineyard offering delicious food, incredible wines, and thoughtful service, • Gole Alcantara – an unforgettable gorge you can explore on foot or even swim in. She also suggested dinner at Ristorante Boccaperta, just 40 steps from the B&B — a Michelin-starred experience at surprisingly reasonable prices. It was amazing. The apartment is in a 200-year-old building full of character, but the bathroom is modern, spotless, and well maintained. Rosa keeps everything immaculate. We stayed two nights, and she cleaned our room and refreshed our towels on the second day — such thoughtful service. She truly makes you feel like family, like a long-lost relative welcoming you home. If you plan to explore Mount Etna and the region, stay here. Do not stay in Catania — the traffic there is chaotic and stressful.

Rosa and Giovanni are wonderful hosts and look after their guests like family. Nothing is too much trouble. Rosa's breakfasts are massive and delicious with eggs from her chickens, tomatoes from her garden and fresh baked pastries from the local shop. Location wise Linguaglossa is ideally located for Etna, Castelmola, Taormina and of course, wine tasting. Also there is a conad supermercato about 2.5kms away and kitchen facilities available on each floor.

The grumpy neighbour who doesn't like anyone parking in front of his house, despite having no driveway. Didn't matter as there is a large parking area opposite the hotel.

You get what you pay for with regards to the decent sized room and ample facilities. The location's also great, just metres from some lovely restaurants and a stones throw (literally) from the bus and train station that will take you to Catania for €5.50. What comes as extra though, is the wonderful Rosa. She's a real gem and a perfect example of what authentic Sicilian hospitality should look like. The breakfast is fantastic, as are the selection of delicious pastries from the local bakery that accompany it. Highly recommend staying here. Rosa was so kind to us from the very beginning, welcoming us with a smile and some very tasty sweets she bought for us. On the last day, as a departing gift, she again gave us some, which we appreciated a lot! The breakfast was perfect, she used fresh tomatoes and eggs from her farm, which was the perfect thing to wake up to. She made sure we could feel lile home and had the fridge full of stuff for us (juices, spread, cheese, salami etc.). Room was very comfortable and she even went out of her way by washing our clothes! 10/10 I would recommend to stay there, the location is cool as well, we enjoyed the city

Not a single thing we disliked

We loved our stay at Rosa's B&B. Rosa was so welcoming and made sure we had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was new and immaculate. Breakfast was a real highlight - super tasty eggs, bruschetta, cheese, yogurts and meats followed by the best pastries we've ever eaten in Sicily. The B&B was an easy drive from the ski slopes at Mount Etna and an easy walk to lots of good restaurants in Linguaglossa. Highly recommended - thank you Rosa!

We were pampered guests for a week at B&B Da Rosa in Linguaglossa. Good Wi-Fi, air conditioning, spacious well-equipped kitchen, cleanliness and a hearty breakfast made our stay pleasant. But above all we must mention the hospitality of the host and her rich offer of Sicilian specialties that she offered us daily. We got valuable tips about a tour to Etna and a good restaurant nearby. Everything was wonderful. We will definitely be back. Thank you Rosa for everything! We felt like an extended family.

A lovely town and b and b. Central location. Easy access to trips round Mt Etna and short trip to Taormina. Delicious breakfast , more than I could eat. Quiet, comfy room. Nice authentic atmosphere to the place and a lovely host.Rosa was great. Was able to put motorbike in secure garage at the b and b which was important to me. Rosa and her B & B deserve all the good reviews they get

Everything good..including the price

The hostess, Rosa, was incredibly gracious and hospitable! She provided a tray of welcome cookies, water, treats and an amazing breakfast, including her own fresh eggs, meats, cheeses, fruit, yogurt, rolls, delicious pastries and she even made us cappuccinos! She was so kind and very helpful with sharing information. She went out of her way to help us get information regarding our route due to wildfires. She gave directions up to a wonderful viewpoint of Mt. Etna and lava flow. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The beds were great and we appreciated the air conditioning. Parking was free and right outside the door.

Nothing at all!

Rosa is so warm-hearted and generous, and that makes staying with her feel very special. The breakfast was delicious - bruschetta, eggs, pistacchio-filled pastries, juicy Sicilian oranges. We arrived on the Circumetnea train (an experience in itself), and Da Rosa is just a few metres from the station.....and Rosa was waiting on the doorstep to welcome us.
