Room had a fantastic view from our Balcony of Mount Etna which was the reason we had booked it. We spent some time in the village, Linguaglossa, which was fantastic. Very traditional and quiet. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The Giro Dell-Etna was on during our stay which was unexpected but added to the experience.

The grounds are lovely but a lot smaller than I had anticipated. The room was lovely. The bathroom was also good but showing its age - particularly the shower - and could possibly do with being updated.

This week will be our third time returning to the hotel. The breakfast is wonderful and Rosanna, our waitress, is beautiful, always smiling and accommodates any request. The location for our needs (golf) is perfect. The reception desk people are wonderful as well. The hotel and rooms are done in a very contemporary and modern style, very tastefully.

I do wish there was a coffee machine in the room, and the shower is a bit small with no place for any shower item such as a razor, etc.

Comfortable and clean room with good lighting, outlets, spacious, balcony with table and 2 chairs overlooking Etna (requested), Comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Breakfast was extensive and delicious with fresh pastries and sweet and salty options. Bar on site. Restaurant on the property for dinner was good. Spa treatment on site, 50 min massage was good and a good value. Located about 30 min drive from Taormina. Property is in the country, and quiet. Parking was free across the street. Close to wineries. Staff was helpful and available when needed.

The hallway that our room was in was poorly lit. Bathroom sink was odd and splashed on us when using it. Otherwise, everything was great & nothing we didn't like.

Check-in staff helped us with some local guidance around our trip and requirements. Well located for Mt Etna trips. Wide variety of breakfast options for food and drink. Spacious room with use of jacuzzi.

Free bottled water in rooms for guests would have been appreciated.

The room was clean with a nice view of Etna. Good restaurant in the resort if you want to stay in.

The shower water pressure was very low. Internal lighting a bit dim. Not a big choice for breakfast but good enough. Internal garage parking is small and tight if you have a big car.

Amazing view to the volcano. We were lucky enough to be able to watch live volcano's eruption. Comfortable family room was provided with good quality beds and pillows.

We arrived late at the hotel and the reception guy was not speaking english someyhibg that created a limitation on the arrangement for the parking.

The Hotel is located in a very quite area, although in a main road . Views of Mount Etna from our balcony. The Beds were super comfy. Very clean rooms . The Restaurant serves really delicious dinner and and abundant breakfast . For a 4 * Hotel, the price was very reasonable. The only thing is that we only spent 1 night in it.

Parking inside was a bit tight, especially for us as we had a big car, but we still managed to fit in. There is also another parking just across the street,

The air conditioning in room 306 was out of service and thus the room was too hot forcing us to sleep with an open window and related noises.

Over all a good stay, only a short drive from the startingpoint for excursions to Etna Notd. Nice and clean romm with view to Etna. Cool feature with the jacuzzis in the garden. Pleasant staff.

The breakfast was somewhat limited.

Excellent overall, View to Etna and the sea from the balcony. We got a free room upgrade. Super clean. Very good breakfast! Very kind staff. Free parking over the street.
