Terrace at room very uncomfortable chairs WIth rain during the day there is no nice place to relax. We had to sit on our beds. No glasses, wine opener or so in the room. VERY NOISY rooms, you could literally hear what the neighbours talk about/ kids crying!!!!!

The property itself was lovely, beautiful views of the surrounding hills, and that staff was accommodating. The room was comfortable.

We stayed at this property as part of a bikepacking trip, so we arrived on our bikes and did not have a way to travel to dinner other than our bikes. We sent a message ahead of time letting them know we were arriving on bikes and letting them know we planned to have dinner at the restaurant on site but did not receive a response. When we arrived, we were informed that there was a wedding that night and therefore the restaurant would not be open. They ended up accommodating us and serving us dinner so that we didn't have to ride our bikes into town a couple of miles away that night, which was very kind, but we were limited in terms of when and what we could eat since we were on the same schedule as the wedding, and the staff was understandably busy with the wedding and therefore not able to be very attentive. We also were looking forward to using the pool after a day of biking, but it was not available for use the night we were there, which was disappointing. I wish that we had been informed ahead of time that there would be a wedding at the venue that night so that we could have chosen to make other arrangements based on our needs.

The pool is lovely and the views around are fantastic. The staff are helpful.

The staff though lovely are either Italian and speak no English what so ever or Sri Lankan (I think from reading other reviews) and speak only tiny amounts of English. This is never normally a problem as we’d just use google translate to type into, but they unfortunately then couldn’t read Italian either. The place I think focusses on being a wedding venue no.1, hotel to get a bit of cash during the other days no.2. Breakfast and lunch that we had there was fine, but being the only guests we neglected to have dinner as it would have felt rather strange. The place could also do with a bit of care and attention, sun beds are broken, bits breaking off steps within the pool, sun shades needing a lick of paint, lights not working at night, abandoned rusting/ rotting football pitch on entrance!! It’s one of those places that could be fantastic, but sadly misses the mark.
