We loved Villa Neri so much and I can't wait to take my parents there. I am so glad I found this hotel. We were only there for one night but we made the absolute most of it. On check-in we were informed of all the optional activities and opted to do them all. The wine tasting at the property next door was incredible. The 90min exclusive use of the spa facilities was luxurious and relaxing. The staff at this hotel are incredible! I wish I had gotten everyones names so I could mention them here as they were so so lovely to us. We arrived really early in the day after booking their transfer from the airport and our room was ready for us when we arrived. We had a fantastic lunch by the pool, went for the local wine tasting, spent an hour in the spa and then had a really incredible dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast the next morning was gorgeous - so many different food options to accomodate everyone as we sat outside in the sunshine watching Mount Etna. The whole experience was so fantastic. The staff were incredible - definitely the best part about our stay. We loved everything.

We loved the location. Villa Neri does deserve to be called: Sanctuary of Silence. It is so beautiful, peaceful and quiet (usually, you only hear singing birds), surrounded by gorgeous and well kept gardens. What's more, you can enjoy amazing views because the resort is located on the side of Etna.  Villa Neri is very clean, tastefully decorated, and the staff is exceptionally kind.  It's just a perfect idyllic and romantic place. It's also a very good spot if you into hiking or sightseeing (Taormina nearby) We spent 9 nights in Villa Neri celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, and enjoyed it a lot.

Beautiful building in a very good state. Exceptionally clean rooms and facilities. Complimentary spa on site with pool, sauna and steam room, which was amazing. Also very nice outside pool. Gourmet restaurant on site with excellent food.

Staff at swimming pool difficult to find, had to search for someone to order a drink and get a cushion on the sun bed. Some staff a bit less friendly, but they did warm up to us eventually.

The hotel is situated in Etna National Park and from the hotel room we had a large terrasse with a view to Etna and at night to the stars. The hotel is very luxurious and tastefull decorated with beautifull rooms and areas, and the Nevi restaurant is superior with an exceptionel hospitality and service. The outdoor garden areas is very well kept with old olive trees, blooming bushes and roses surrounding the pool area. Excellent service with a staff willing to walk an extra mile for their guests.

Limited by the wild nature with wild dogs and very narrow road conditions, it would have been nice with an indoor gym/fitness area.

The room was super! The team was amazing trying to give you the best feeling. Feels very cozy and family like. The restaurant for dinner is one of the best you could find. Super gourmet .

Breakfast could be a bit more suitable for all the rest of the environment. I would have expected to get omelette and fried eggs for breakfast and not with an additional cost.. villa neri is super high class and this should be included in the service

Private pool is not clean at all. They should replace all water before new customer arrives, and clean pool wall, many moss on the pool floor. The room does not seems enough big although the description says it has over 40m2.

The modern decoration. Booking.com did not provide the right information. I got a room I did not choose. I did not want a Nordic lodge but a Sicilian style room at the hotel. Moreover, the description on the booking.com website said 15 kilometres from Taormina. It is 50 or more kilometres away !!

The hotel was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were excellent.

The only way from the car to the reception was via an outside staircase. I use a walking stick and stairs are not easy for me.It was possible to walk up a slope on the lawn but that would not be pleasant in bad weather. A tarmac or similar pathway would definitely help. Wheelchair access would be difficult.

Decor and furnishings were amazing. Very attentive service. Beautiful winery landscape.

The restaurant has a very sophisticated menu. This is great for a night, maybe two. However, it would be nice if they offered a more typical Italian menu as well. I know it’s difficult because they want to keep their Michelin rating. Breakfast is great, by the way. Say hello to Salvatore for us!

Breakfast was amazing, spoiled for choice. The room was super comfortable and quiet with maids asking for our needs morning and in the evening.

Internet was a bit weak especially in the evening. For the Spa facilities, one needs to book a slot beforehand but one a particular day it was too crowded for our liking. However the massage service was excellent
