We really loved comfortable, very large and extremely quite rooms and also the big bathroom. It was very nice to have a garden after a long day. The room was very clean and the breakfast was quite enough. The system that Marianna created for entering to the hotel was perfect. I really liked to stay in Dimora Le Volte. If i would have a chance to come again to Lecce, i'd certainly stay there.

Fridge in the room does not cool enough but it is not a real problem because there is another one in the kitchen.

It is located just a few blocks from the historic center. Very convenient if you are driving (you can park on the street) The place was very clean and spacious. The host brought fresh fruit and bakery goods every morning. Self check-in and check-out very easy.

The host was really nice, but it was hard to communicate as she only speaks Italian. There’s a stove but you can’t cook in the kitchen (even eggs, only boil) No kettle, just a coffee machine.

Although the Accommodation Managers did not speak English, they got along very well and were very helpful in every way. Great location, nice ambience, rooms are very spacious and cool. You prepare breakfast yourself or take ready-made food from the fridge etc. This is fine for us.

There is a slight smell in the room due to the fact that it is a stone house, but it did not bother us much.

Property is clean and located outside of the central historic area so it was the ideal spot for us as we had a car. Breakfast was not actually provided onsite and we were given vouchers to use at a cafe around the corner which was no inconvenience. It was close and the coffee was one of the better ones we’d had in Italy so far.

The room had a damp/stale water smell which can happen in older style buildings in Italy where the plumbing and ventilation doesn’t promote the movement of a lot of air. There is a/c and a door into a courtyard which helped us get the air moving. We also stayed in the middle of May so tourist season probably hadn’t really got going so maybe it had been mostly closed up for a while. We probably wouldn’t stay there again though because of the damp smell.

excellent location close to the train station and the main city hot spots. the host constantly in touch with us and supportive with our requests.

if you travel like us when it’s not so warm, the air conditioning inside the room doesn’t helps you with the temperature, as the room has high walls. also the water heating system is based in your room so it’s almost constantly making noise when heating the water. randomly starts during the night, so this will disturb you if you sleep not so deep.

Renovated and spacious room. Perfect location to visit the city by walking (10 minutes or so).

Breakfast was included but was a bit underwhelming. Many things but all packaged products, except for the eggs.

Beautiful room and bathroom with incredible architectural ceiling. Very clean and comfortable.

Communication with the owner was a little odd as it was all done via WhatsApp. Had to ask for information regarding the WiFi code and check out. The bathroom was great, but the strange design of the sink meant it couldn't be filled up to shave.

Modern, clean accommodation. Great value for money. Very comfy bed & quiet night's sleep.

Parking a bit of a challenge. Luckily we found plenty of free parking just round the corner in via del Delfino.

The location was great and the room was very spacious. Amazing bathroom and great backyard. Nice touch with the self service breakfast included.

The information flow could have been improved. Had to call to be given the code to the room and no WiFi information was available until asking.

It was a historic Italian building , high ceilings, thick walls and we had a huge patio on the back. There are only 2 rooms. It’s the most quiet and peaceful place. Location is close to everything what Lecce offers.
