Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Very clean. Good air conditioning. Close to the centre. Reception staff exceptional and very friendly. Allowed us to park car and leave luggage before checkin time. When we returned to check in our bags were already in our room

Breakfast was adequate and coffee (americano) reasonable but out of a push button machine. Expresso made to order out of proper coffee machine good. Bar area not inviting and not manned full time (ring for service) so did not use.

Booked this hotel for parking which is generous and an extra 10 euro per day. Whilst the outside of the hotel is 1970's unappealing style, common areas whilst of very traditional style, are very well maintained and attractive. The rooms are modern, refurbished, comfortable and very clean. This is actually a well run and attractive hotel. Level walk to old city 10 minutes and easy.

Lower ground floor restaurant empty on our visit so didn't use.

Exceptionally helpful staff at the front desk with maps and info where to go. We ate in the restaurant and the food was really nice - good choice and big portions. Breakfast was excellent with scrambled eggs and bacon, cold meats and cheese, hard boiled eggs, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, coffee, tea, chocolate. Huge choice and good quality. The room was fine with a nice hot shower and complimentary bottles of water and juice in the fridge. Also kettle and tea and coffee. The hotel really went the extra mile to make us welcome. It is only a 10 minute walk to the old town.

Real jam instead of a plastic pot. One tip - there are not many taxis in Lecce, so allow at least 15 minutes for it to arrive if you need to get to the station.

Fabulous breakfast and attentive well trained staff are the highlights are this hotel. As cyclists we also appreciated the inside bike parking area and the ability to check in early after our ride. The rooms are clean and comfortable with large windows and small balconies on one side. The furnishings in the rooms and the common areas are a bit dated but serviceable. And did I mention the breakfast was amazing?

the location of this hotel is in a neighborhood that is not as nice as some in Lecce. It is a good 15-20 minute walk to the main sights in the historic part of Lecce.

Very helpful personnel. When my train been cancelled (I’ve got late notification) lady at reception desk went out of her way to help me with changing to earlier train and provided a shuttle, when taxi was late.

The hotel was ideally situated for walking to the Old City. It was clean and the staff were very helpful. Good breakfast served.

We had a couple of instances where the room cleaning staff had omitted to properly provide supplies like towels, etc.

The room and bathroom were first class. Good thing we pre-booked the parking as the parking area is limited. The breakfast is also good, fresh, and varied. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is about a fifteen-minute walk to the city center but no big deal, it is one straight road.
