My stay at the Monterosa Residence was extremely positive. Alessia, the manager, was always available, friendly, professional and helpful. The location was great, quiet yet in the town center, with balconies with fine views of the Monte Rosa. Restaurants, ton center and grocery store all within 200m. Comfortable room, bed, bathroom and a very pleasant garden for relaxing in view of the mountains. Plus Macugnaga is an historic, unspoiled mountain town, ideal for hiking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location, wonderful apartment. The staff were super friendly and helpful: they gave us recommendations on where to go out and what to see.

The property and staff were excellent. However Booking.com made a mistake with the apartment description. The property told us Booking.com change descriptions without consulting them. The staff helped us get an apartment with the correct number of beds, the issue was the Booking.com site.

We stayed in a small apartment with a nice kitchen. It felt like being at home. Heating was great! And shower with super hot water. Super clean! Very nice staff

Beds were a bit soft forus

Hotel very well situated in the centre of the nice village. The apartment is very comfortable. It is quiet. The personal very nice.

If you don't need to cook its is perfect. But but regarding the kitchen area some clean is needed before using it and bring all you stuff: no salt, no sponge, no soap. Some plates and pans.

good communication with the host. perfect garage parking. The view from the terrasse. the kitchen cookware and the coffee/mokka-making device.

The kitchen knives are dull and need sharpening. Nothing else.

Superbly located, and my room was actually a mini-suite, with dining area, balcony, sofa and kitchenette. I was upgraded so I don’t know about other rooms. The reception manager was very kind and helpful.

The scenary from the balcony was super amazing! In the day and night, you will enjoy picturesque mountain views and stary nights! In addition, room was silent. We really enjoyed staying there.

Ofcourse sofa bed was not the same quality of the bed.

The location was very convenient regarding shops and other facilities.

The position of the apartment was ground floor, therefore a little exposed.

Great Location close to village center and to all walking routes and attractions. Excellent service recieved from staff especially from wonderfull Alessia.
