The hotel is fine. The room is small but tidy and nice. The facilities in the hotel are standard and the staff is friendly.

We were disappointed that the hotel posted the picture of Wellness Spa Pirmin Zurbriggen to attract people. Generally without reading the long description below, you might think that the hotel includes wellness. Yes, I was in that trap. In addition, Wellness Spa Pirmin Zurbriggen only opens for the enteral guests during the opening time. Guests from the partner's hotels can only enter from 10:00 to 15:00 with the appointment, each person cost 29chf. However, the entry time is almost impossible for skiing tourists or hiking tourists.

This is a well run and friendly hotel. The buffet breakfasts and evening meals are of a very high standard. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Very good position in Saas Almagell. The staff are really helpful, particularly the wonderful Viktoria

The a la carte dinner had great options, including very nicely prepared entrecote. The breakfast was plentiful for a day of hiking. The staff was super friendly, they were the highlight of the stay.

Perfect for our needs with half board option. Visited for the 2nd time and enjoyed a great ski holiday. Also enjoyed the authentic dinner options each day.

Restaurant is very good, hotel location is extremely convenient. Staff was very friendly and professional and rooms were clean.

Breakfast choice was limited. The hotel was solid but on the dated side. Bathrooms and showers were renovated (with heated flooring!) but rooms were slightly older.

Great location, people, breakfast

Bed was too soft and uncomfortable. It was cracking each time I turned during the night and though woke me up. A bit confusing with half board reservations. Some renovation would make the place perfect

Great ski holiday. Nice accommodation with fantastic half board option with traditional Swiss menus. Very well run hotel with very friendly staff. Also got to enjoy some Fastnacht events while we were there.

The room a bit cold

A little gem of a hotel, the hotel was quite full and there was a good ambience. The breakfast was excellant, plenty of choice with good breads. The staff made us feel very welcome, we were the only english people in the hotel and felt included. The location perfect for accessing all areas, the bus stop was a minutes walk away. We have booked to go back next year already.

There was nothing we did not like.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good dinner with a glass of the house-made wine! Comfortable rooms with balconies.
