Lovely surrounding, wonderful panorama over Lake Garda’s mountains and even on Mount Brione, safe parking for the cars – and this is just the first impression. Then you start discovering the hotel premises and you realize, each part and corner of the beautiful garden is designed carefully, offering lovely relaxing areas including a jacuzzi. A real Oasis. Apart from the romantic premises, the staff is caring, cheerful, and happy to ’serve’ their guests, offering a friendly atmosphere. Breakfast is rich and delicious, you cannot get bored with it. And the panorama while you’re eating, breathtaking! Non-smoking rooms offer very comfortable beds, the whole hotel is spotless. What’s more, the cleaning ladies seem to love their job, being kind and funny! This would be absolutely the best of best hotels for me, IF the common terrace in front of the rooms hadn’t been smoking. Unfortunately, because of the smoking neighbours, we could not enjoy our terrace which made us very sad. You travel hundreds of kilometers from a city of 2 million inhabitants, full of smog to breathe some fresh air in Nature and you are not able to... Not to mention a serious sickness smoke can cause to non-smokers. The hotel premises has separate smoking areas with beautiful panorama, so the common relaxing terrace should really be a non-smoking area just like the rooms they belong to. Health before addiction... :) I discussed this issue with Christina who said she tries to satisfy the non-smokers and people with health issues too, so I do hope that one day I can return to this absolutely fascinating hotel and can enjoy it to its fullest. Being optimistic that the common terrace area belonging to the rooms are to be changed into a non-smoking area, I highly recommend this lovely hotel. I absolutely loved it!! Thank you Christina and Monica for your caring and understanding! NB: The hotel is in shadow in the morning due to its position, so sunbathing can be done from cca. 11:30 :)

As mentioned above, the common terrace in front of the rooms were a smoking area. Non-smokers can become very sick breathing smoke, which happened to me too... However, the owner reassured me, that - as there are lots of smoking areas on the hotel premises - she won't forget to solve this problem and care for non-smokers too. :) Thank you Christina for your understanding :)

We had a lovely warm welcome from Christina and Monica. The view from the hotel was amazing. We had a superior lake view room which was fresh, modern and immaculately clean. Monica provided us with a kettle for our room and we enjoyed our morning cup of tea sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the lake and mountains. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, homemade produce, and presented beautifully. The terrace is a lovely relaxing place to sit and unwind in the afternoon after exploring the nearby villages and towns on the lake. We would definitely return to this hotel when visiting Lake Garda in the future.

Christina and Monica, were absolutely amazing. Warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily and everything inside feels new, and recently renovated. The breakfast each morning was another highlight. There’s a great variety, with high-quality options to choose from, and the pastries were especially delicious. You could tell care was put into the selection and presentation.

The hotel is a little bit outside of the town-5km from Malcesine, so there aren’t a lit of options if you’d like to go to a restaurant by foot. However you can take a bike from the hotel for free, and the view of the lake while riding is breathtaking. Also, there is a bus stop nearby.

This is a lovely hotel with a view to die for - but the thing that made our stay so exceptional was the hospitality and professionalism of Christina, the owner and her staff, especially Monica. We were greeted by name from the moment we walked in the door. The breakfast was delicious, with very high quality ingredients and our request for a kettle in the room was met immediately. They gave us excellent advice for local things to do and we really felt at home. It has been one of the nicest hotel stays we have had in many years.

A small thing - perhaps a more effective toaster at breakfast?

The team is excellent, the location is great, each room has a direct lake view. Wonderful breakfast.

Smoking is allowed all around at the hotel, with ashtrays on almost every table, including on the balconies, so if one person smokes, others around have to step into their rooms (if they don't want to breathe the smoke).

This hotel was a fantastic value and the views from every room are breathtaking! The breakfast on the patio was lovely and we especially loved the homemade omelets. Christina at the front desk made our stay! She remembers everyone’s name and gave us so many fantastic recommendations. They have dozens of bikes that you can use for free and it’s a short couple of mile bike ride into town which was much easier than driving and parking! There are several restaurants within walking distance as well.

Great and very welcoming hosts, amazing views from the room and from the breakfast area, comfy bed and pillows, there is a small fridge in the room. Big parking (for Italy). A lot of hiking possibilities around, also you can rent a bike. Don’t hesitate to book if you look for something in the north of Garda region. We loved it and definitely will be back:)

Would be cool to have a small coffee machine in the room, it’s not a necessity of course, just a personal preference

The hotel is very beautiful, with a stunning view of the lake. Breakfast was impeccable — everything was fresh and incredibly tasty. The staff was very polite and always tried their best to help.

The only downside was the mosquitoes — there were an awful lot of them. If you open the balcony door even for just 10 seconds, a sleepless night is guaranteed. I understand this is more of a regional issue rather than a problem with the hotel itself, as there were also many mosquitoes at a nearby restaurant.

The people working here is so friendly and kind. From Monica the receptionist who gave us recommodations for dinner, to the cleaning ladies and the friendly ladies doing the breakfast. The room smelled very nice. The shampoo and soap was big and the lemongrass flavour was so refreshing. The hotel is 5km outside old town but the free bikes was such a treat, riding next to the beautiful lagoon was tranquil. You also have FREE parking at the hotel. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy and they all went out of their way to accomodate us on the food. Lots of different herbal teas. Wonderfull view and i can imagine that in summer its a watersport madness. Lovely hotel....book here

Everything about this hotel is beyond excellent. Staff go above & beyond , super friendly, kind & so helpful. Breakfast is beautifully presented- fresh every morning & delicious home cake ( different every morning) to die for. Rooms are spotlessly clean, bed is super comfy & the views are breath-taking. We would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat ITS THAT NICE!, highly highly reccomend, book - you will love it.
