The hotel is in a fabulous location with a fantastic view of the lake and is within easy walking distance of the town.

Making a room selection was a bit difficult as all you have to go by are the pictures shown on the website. Clearer descriptions of the various categories of rooms i.e. whether they are forward facing on to the lake or whether they are at the rear of the hotel facing on to the mountains would be more helpful. Also a wider selection of room photos would be beneficial.

I loved everything about the hotel. The size and facilities in the room, the view, the lake promenade below the hotel. The staff especially at breakfast were excellent and always with a smile. They made pancakes and crepes for my children. The breakfast is varied and the products are of high quality. The hot tub was nice and clean too. The pool is cleaned every day even though it was October (and nobody went in the water). Very clean hotel. I don't know how the stars are given in Italy, but they made a mistake, this hotel should be 4 if not 5 stars.

The activity brochures which contain discounts to major attractions are at a far corner past the bar, where many guests would miss it. I only saw it by chance upon checkout, and discovered I could have paid much less for Gardaland, for instance.

We had a god room with a wonderful sea view. Breakfast was superb and as we chose to take the set menu of the day for dinner we can highly recommend the kitchen. All family and staf were very friendly and helpful.

Everything! Exceptional hospitality, especially from the MANAGER, Emil! We were stuck at the bus terminal in Garda, with no buses running, and he went out of his way to come and pick us up. He and his staff couldn't do enough to make our stay incredible. The service and facilities were fabulous and the view? Just WOW! I would give them a 1000 stars if I could. Do yourself a favour and stay here. You won't regret it.

Nothing! Oh and I forgot to mention the Wellness Centre. FABULOUS

The reception staff was super nice and attentive! The view is amazing, both from the room and from the restaurant, and the wellness area is also a very nice addition. Over all we had a really good time and the value for money was great

Small things: Breakfast is OK. I found it a little funny that I got about half an egg as the scrambled eggs offered to me. Also, you don't get water in your room and must pay for the bottles. The room service we ordered was ok, but we were surprised to be charged 15 EUR extra for it and also 14 EUR for a plain pasta with garlic and olive oil

The hotel was a 5/10 minute walk from the main town, so peaceful. The view for our room was amazing. The room and hotel were very clean. Staff were very helpful and knowledge of the area and book excursions for you if requested. Breakfast was everything you could need and more, nothing was too much trouble, we stayed for dinner one night, set menu different every day, it was amazing, stunning hotel stunning area ! We would definitely be back

Steps to the hotel, but you can't get the view without being on a hill.

Very nice location with just a 10 min walk downstairs and then along the beach walk to Malcesine city center. The breakfast was supperb and the view from the restaurant over lake Garda was fantastic. The family who runs the hotel including all personnel were very service minded. We had an appartment and it was rather fresh and modern.

The WiFi could be better. The 5x12 m pool was a little bit old fasioned but nice painted. The 30 degree in the water and the good sun beds exceeded the impression of the pool.

We loved everything about our experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. The balcony with lake view was fantastic! The air conditioning worked very well and the swimming pool and lounge area were fantastic!

We were in a triple room and there were only 2 outdoor chairs on the balcony. I would suggest matching the number of chairs on the balcony to the number of guests in the room, as there was plenty space for more chairs

A lovely hotel just a few minutes walk into town. It was in a quieter part of the town which we preferred yet a few minutes walk into town for food or just a stroll. The staff were particularly exceptional in accommodating requests and giving pointers for hikes nearby. My kids loved having private access to the wellness center with jacuzzi and sauna. The apartment itself was well equipped and had a beautiful view.

Everything about the 'Capri' was excellent. We went for the suite which had 2 bathrooms and a great balcony overlooking lake Garda. Breakfast was very good and the staff were attentive and polite. Oh and did I mention the kingsized ROUND bed facing out to the lake. The town of Malcisine is a short walk away and has plenty of restaurants and bars along the lake front.
