Highly recommend this hotel! Beautiful garden, clean and comfortable rooms, and not to mention the fantastic offering at breakfast, which was changing from one day to another. We had to leave on our last morning earlier than 7 o’clock but the staff still managed to prepare a little takeaway bag for us for the way! Super kind and thoughtful, we highly appreciated it. We could also rent bikes and go further and around on bikes in the Viareggio area. 10/10 reccommend!!:)

The only negative we could think of was that the hotel does not have a section of the beach provided with the stay, and the rates for umbrellas and sun beds were really pricey on the beach closest to Hotel Albergo. Even though they offered a little discount if we mentioned we came from the hotel, it wasn’t too comfortable to pay 40€ each day, only to have a spot on the beach. Of course, it has little to do with how beautiful and comfortable the Hotel was, but something to keep in mind at booking, and maybe something to consider for the Hotel’s staff.

The property itself is nicely presented in a beautiful location 2 minutes walk from the beach. The air conditioning was great, but the staff were absolutely brilliant, very nice people that couldn’t do enough for our group. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Outside in the beautiful garden we enjoyed a very nice Italian style breakfast with a wide range of cake and other sweet. But also bread, fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs, etc. Good coffee. Location nearby the beach and some restaurants, bars and shops.

The upgrade room with a private balcony bigger than the room! Only wish was there longer to enjoy it. The host was very inviting on arrival and was helpful with information & problems that arose. Great breakfast as well.

The mosquitoes! Basically a problem in September I'm told throughout Italy.

The location is very central and less than 5min walk to the beach. Additionally, the hotel has good discounts with nearby beach clubs. Staff very nice and helpful. Lovely morning breakfast. Overall, great stay and great quality for the price.

The staff was exceptional as well as the location. The rooms were small but very clean. The breakfast was not what one would expect from a beach resort in Italy. I think maybe a little less selection and more quality. Perhaps some pastry items from the local town. Maybe a fine selection of quality sliced meats and cheeses. And, a selection of fruit and quality juices. Again, I want to mention the Exceptional, Quality, Professional STAFF!!!! To be honest, I would stay again

Very nice oldschool vibes. Hotel is at a perfect location, walking distance to bars and restaurants, also very close to the sea. Really loved the yard with some seating area. Women at recepcion was super friendly.

It’s small but really beautiful and familiar. Everyone was really helpful and lovely. The location is perfect, close to the beach but also the centre.
