Thanks to staff for a very good time spent in the hotel. Everyone is very polite and careful. You can get help on each question. Very solid organized hotel, beautiful territory. Good restaurant with Italy and continental food (launch and dinner available); breakfast includes all necessary. Good view from practically any room (we had 3 different rooms in total). The swimming pool is a good addition. A b8g thnx for animators for kids. The playground was good for kids. Bar and outside places was very cozy, useful and enough for guests. The parking is quite big, so you always calm for going somewhere. And separate thanks to cleaning team! - each day it was so pleasant.

The sea is a bit far than we expected, but that's not a matter of hotel quality. And however, 10-15 minutes walking is always good for health.

One of our favorite hotels of our trip! We stayed for 4 nights and the staff was so nice! The room was spacious and always spotless! It is a slightly dated hotel but in a very charming way! We were sad to leave!

The only thing I would have asked more of is vegetables and fruits at breakfast but that is just a cultural difference.

The hotel is family friendly so expect small children playing around the pool. They also seem to have dedicated staff to watch and entertain the kids so the parents can enjoy sitting by the pool or having a cup of coffee. The pool is nice, not very crowded and not very deep. The rooms were OK but kind of small which is to be expected. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were decently sized. The shower cabins a bit too small though. The breakfast was pretty good but it was exactly the same morning after morning. Not enough variety in my opinion. The staff was very kind and friendly.

One thing I've noticed is that the rooms are not very well ventilated since there are no insect screens on the balcony doors or the bathroom window. Because of this, one of our rooms, had a faint but noticeable smell. Nothing too bad but kind of annoying. Adding insects screens would greatly improve on this as one may leave the windows open for better ventilation without risking to have a room full of mosquitoes and geckos. Although geckos may help with the mosquitoes problem :)

Lucca and Francesca were so kind and accommodating, from the first contact to the goodbye. The food was excellent and plentiful, staff lovely, facilities exceptional and the whole hotel was fastidiously cleaned and maintained. We had a wonderful holiday.

There was nothing at all to dislike.

There's a nice hotel by the long beach. They have a big parking lot. The swimming pool is not too big, not too small. The restaurant and bar are good.

The breakfast could have been better. The extra beds were not very comfortable.

We had half board package and the food was typical Italian dishes, absolutely delicious. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Quiet location but only 10 minutes from the resort centre..

The room was large with plenty of wardrobe space. It would benefit from a refurbishmen although it was very clean and airy..

Good location, short walk to town centre and beach. Room was generous size as well bathroom + balcony.

The hotel was good and if i have to choose things that annoyed me, it was be the TV remote (not the original -unable to select functions) and the elevator- very small.
