The service was really good, the staff very friendly. They have a bar with coffee and snacks with very decent prices. The apartment was really nice, with very good air conditioning and a well equipped kitchen. The pool area is a highlight with comfy chairs and couches. There is a fast and good laundry service for a very good price. The location is very great. If you don't have a car you can get around by bikes pretty well.

The WiFi reception in the upper area of the apartment was not good most of the time, so the TV was also not always working very well.

Hotel was very nice, we had an apartment in two floors and we fit there well with two teens. It was very clean and had all necessary equipments. The pool is very good, big and clean - we really enjoyed it. Everything worked very well and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is optimal for excursions around area, we visited Florence by train from Viareggio and Cinque Terre by driving to La Spezia. Pietrasanta village is amazing - full of history beauty, small restaurants and art. Beach is quite near and reached by car or you can rent bicycles from the hotel or you can even walk there in 15 mins. We will definitely come back - thank you for your hospitality.

The staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. Accomodation was a bit far to walk to the beach but using car and free parking at Bagno Luciano was the best choice. Pool is excellent, kids could spend there whole day. Towels were changed after 2 days and sheets ones per our stay. We used AC a lot in both rooms without any problems, during nights in silent mode.

In bathroom missing hangers for towels. 2 beds had hard mattrasses.

Large bedroom and large lounge/dinner/kitchen area upstairs, with small balcony. The kitchen was very well equipped for our stay allowing us to cook meals. Location was quiet and about 10 minutes walk to the beach. Staff where helpful, taking our luggage up to the room and providing local guidance. We used Bagno Nautilus Beach since it was dog friendly. There was also a public beach next dog.

The residence was located in a quite area. The room was very nice with a nice view on the mountains. Also the pool and bar were nice and the staff was always very friendly and helpful.

In ForteDM rates are very high especially if you travel with children. We found Onda Marina by luck and stayed there for a week. The apartments are spacious for 2 adults/2 kids with a kitchenette and nice balcony. Everything well organised and clean. They provide bicycles for everyone so you take a ride to the beach in max 10min.The large pool and the lavish gardens surrounded by beautiful trees was a great plus and so relaxing and made us really enjoy. I especially like to highlight the team of Marica, Martina, Davide, Alessio all were exceptional helpful and kind which is now a days hard to find. Overall a great stay with great staff in a beautiful scenery. Highly recommend to anyone with family. Thank you UF

The Hotel is very nice, comfortable and clean. We were in a two floor aparment with all that we needed for a week. The pool is amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the bar is simple but has everything. We recommend this place to everyone visiting Toscana!

The accommodation was extremely clean. The staff were excellent- very helpful and always available to assist. The beach and restaurants were a 15 minute walk away.
