Location: our room was in the annex 'Le Nereidi' and overlooking the beach and sea, with a little balcony. Great view ! Also, the place is quiet enough, despite a few teenage parties at the beach club below - stopping promptly at midnight :-) and the continuous sound of boats going to and fro the port of Massa Lubrense next door. All in all a fine place.

For three days the staff failed to get the airco fixed, while it was scorching hot outside. However we did manage to get by. Funny ps: when the airco was finally fixed, the warm water was out for a day... Not a cheap place in the high season, almost 200 euro/night incl. breakfast. Then again, on next door Island Capri you easily pay a 100 more per night and normally we would come in late autumn or springtime and pay significantly less. as experience shows (as well as having less crowd and still excellent - not too hot - weather).

The views were spectacular, the pool area was lovely, the food was okay but pricey compared to restaurants close by. The property is located up a huge hill which is wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others. The marina is a short walk away and has lovely restaurants and a little shop! The boat trip the hotel sells is great! There is a local bus that leaves from outside the door of the hotel into Sorrento. You need to get 2 buses but fairly easy! Taxis are EXTORTIONATE. €60 in the day to sorrento and €100 at night!

Breakfast is as beyond basic. The food isn’t replenished very often so you are left waiting for basic things like croissants. There wasn’t much choice. Would definitely recommend getting a room with a view, we didn’t and the room was very dark and looked out onto some netting.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. Perfection location, about 15 minutes bus journey from Sorrento with regular busses running a 10 minute walk away. Lovely quiet area, with access to a gorgeous private beach & a lovely pool. Everything you need just a short walk away, including a supermarket, restaurants and cafe. Right beside a gorgeous marina and the hotel staff booked boat tours for his, which was very helpful. The maids at the properly could not have done enough and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were not the best, but didn’t impact our stay too much.

Very pretty hotel in a lovely small town, Nearby to locations that we warned to visit but enabled us to escape the hustle and vessel of a bigger city. It had a good safe parking, It was easy to find And base ourselves from to travel around the region. The room and hotel were clean and comfortable, had everything we needed to base ourselves.

Staff were not the most pleasant or helpful, On more than one occasion, a member sighed and rolled her eyes at us. Whilst we might be unkowing of the location and understanding things, it's not the attitude I would expect. The hotel is fairly noisy every morning. we were woken up with noise from nearby rooms of the cleaners moving things around or from children running up and down the corridors yelling and shouting. There was a sign at the pool to suggest that guests could not reserve beds next to the pool however over the 4 days we were there we were not able to go down in sunbathing once as there was not enough beds and people have been reserving them and then going for food.

Nice pool, terrace overlooking the sea, good breakfast with sea view, friendly staff.

The bed was not that comfortable (thin mattress on wooden platform) and very hard flat pillows. Wished for fluffy pillows. And, our balcony had a nice view but had no separation between us and next balconies. A curtain or shade would have offered a little privacy.

The most amazing place we’ve ever stayed! We had a room with a balcony directly overlooking the ocean and it took our breath away each time we looked out there! Staff were amazing as were the locals. Was very sad when we left, will definitely be back!

Kind of hard to get to from town but we managed!

The view was just amazing, the access to the beach was wonderful, and a cute little beach club to relax at too. The restaurant was beautiful. Amazing service from the main man in the restaurant

If you don’t have a vehicle you have to rely on a bus which can be difficult

We had a balcony with stunning sea view. Beautiful place. Staff very friendly. Room and bathroom clean but yes quite old. Bed very comfortable. Convenient close to the marina della lobra.

Place is far away from the Sorrento. You can go by his during the day. Taxi VERY limited. Certain times (early morning for example) not possible.

Great location with stunning views, the room was lovely with a balcony looking over the harbour and out to Naples, the restaurant was nice ( we had breakfast only ) and the pool was lovely too

The beds were too hard so that was uncomfortable, other than that for the price all was good

Great property, clean, tidy and reasonably modern. Pool facilities are nice. The town Massa Lubrense is a cool little place outside of the crowds that are Sorrento and Amalfi, boat trips go from the harbour below and there are great little restaurants available at good pricing.

Bit of a walk up hill to get the bus into Sorrento, the local bus doesn’t really go too often
