We had an amazing view of Capri! There were 3 of us in the 2/2 and there was plenty of room. The first room was small with 2 twin beds and there was a queen in the master. We enjoyed wine on our lovely patio and view. The host had reached out to me (Maria?) on WhatsApp and communicated check in which was great since we had to drive and arrived late. She was always available if we had any questions and was an amazing host. The restaurant had yummy food! We did not use the pool but it looked very relaxing. They offer Vespa rentals and parking was free.

The kitchen stove didn't work and we couldn't find the coffee maker. When we did find it (french press kettle thing) we didn't know we needed to bring our own coffee and salt/pepper/etc. So we didn't cook much. There were also some ants in certain places in the whole house. There was a security camera on our rental the whole time which was sort of weird. It was a bit of a drive to access a beach.

My wife and I recently stayed at Gocce di Capri Resort near Sorrento, and we were thoroughly impressed. The room was bright, spacious, and exceptionally clean, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The view from the room was breathtaking—you can see the full view of Capri and the expansive sea right from the balcony. The service was extraordinary, with every staff member being so kind and attentive. We would especially like to mention the team staff member, Mike, who was incredibly generous and went above and beyond when we had an outstanding request. The room cleanliness was impeccable, and the overall experience felt like staying in a 4.5-star resort. It was worth every penny we spent. We had a wonderfully romantic stay and absolutely loved it. We certainly plan to return!

The location was excellent, and the sea view from our terrace was absolutely gorgeous! We were lucky to receive a room upgrade, but even the original room had a superb view. Our room was also very clean, especially the bathroom—everything was spotless, and all the utilities worked perfectly. What truly stood out, though, was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Especially Christina at the reception, very friendly :)

Unfortunately, the wine selection was quite limited. While rosé was available on the menu at noon, it was no longer offered by dinnertime, so we had to switch our preferred choice to white wine instead. As for breakfast, we didn’t opt for the full set, as the kitchen was unable to prepare omelettes as requested—they could only offer boiled eggs. The breakfast offering is fine for those who prefer a light meal, such as coffee with a pastry or toast and jam or cured meat, but it's a bit lacking for someone like me who enjoys a full English breakfast.

The Pros: -The view!! We also had a sea view apartment so that was perfect! -Apartment was very clean and was cleaned once during our 1-week stay -The staff is very kind -The restaurant is very convenient and the food there really good! we ate there 4 times! -Free parking available (although if you get in late sometimes we had to park on the street)

The Cons: -The mattresses are very firm, can't say it was very comfortable -The kitchen needs an overhaul- no oven and the (gas) stove is old too. There are no basic ingredients like salt/pepper/oil available so keep that in mind if you're planning to cook. -It takes 25-30 min to get to Sorrento on curvy and narrow mountain roads. You definitely need your own car (which we knew), but it ended up being a bit inconvenient to do all the activities in the area.

Stunning location - pictures do not do the view justice! Bar and Restaurant at the hotel are fairly priced and every meal was delicious. There is a little local town, Termini, with a great bar (Bar de Simone), and the most amazing local trattoria / restaurant )Eughenes) which I highly recommend! The pool at the hotel was beautiful and you could always get a bed. Overall a fantastic stay at Gocce Di Capri!

Beautiful views, decent menu, nice pool.

No daily room service unless you paid extra for it. Had to pay for pool towels. Only 2 set of towels left in the ‘apartment’ extra’s would have been nice. The apartments were a little dated & felt a little grubby. Location Was quite isolated & the bus services was sporadic. Drivers were offered & used but very expensive from that locale. A bus schedule provided would have been helpful, but private drivers were encouraged more so.

Location is amazing (seeview everywhere and facing the island of Capri). Staff was charming. Food was excelent (the hotel restaurant was maybe the best we have experienced during our trip). We had an appartment with seeview. It was clean and confortable.

It would have been great if both rooms had seeview but this was not a problem. We did not use the kitchen / living room nor the terrasse so we would have been better with a smaller appartment having 2 rooms facing the sea !

We travelled to Sorrento area in order to visit the whole area around, and this place is an excellent choice for that, because it is in the between of all the interesting places (Amalfi, Pompei, Sorrento, Capri...). The view to the Sorrento Bay and Capri Island is absolutely breath taking! The whole stuff, especially Michele, were great hosts, we really felt that somebody takes care of us!

The location is breath taking! The staff are exceptional and the hospitality is impeccable. The sunset here is pure magic over Capri and Ischia

It was quite difficult to get to and from. Taxis were expensive (at least 80 euros from Sorrento) but the hotel staff were fantastic at finding restaurants that had free shuttles for us.

The views were beautiful, the pool was nice

Quite isolated. The rooms were dated & sparsely decorated, had to pay extra for housekeeping, not enough towels & had to pay for pool towels. For quite an expensive stay I think housekeeping, pool towels etc should be included.
