The staff were exceptional. They were all warm and welcoming. We arrived late after reception had closed, they sent excellent directions to our room. I can't eat gluten and they went above and beyond to ensure that I got gluten free food, all of which was delicious, especially the freshly made cakes for breakfast and the delicious gluten free pasta options. The resort is small and wonderfully located, sitting atop a hill with views of the surrounding hills, the bay of Naples and Capri. It is an excellent base for visiting Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and the Amalfi coast. The swimming pool was gorgeous.

The bedroom was clean and large, but didn't quite live up to the rest of the hotel. The ensuite bathroom could have done with a fan and some hooks for towels. But this is a small issue, overall the hotel was wonderful and we would love to return.

absolutely fantastic stay, location is great. you can get the bus straight into Sorrento and from there you can get anywhere. There is shops and restaurants walking distance too which is great. Staff are amazing and are so friendly and helpful. Maurice is so kind and helpful. The staff from the bar are also fantastic. The spa is gorgeous as is the pool area. The views are incredible across the water. Rooms are clean too and the cleaner was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Overall our stay was perfect.

Nothing, we loved our stay.

The staff were all super nice. Really kind people who wanted to help however they could. The location was away from the tourists and busy centre, so it was very relaxing. Everything was clean and it had a really nice place to sit and enjoy life by the pool. We are vegan and they made us little vegan muffins for the breakfast, which was super sweet.

They could use some new pillows, I had to sleep on my own because theirs were too lumpy and big. The breakfast could use some fresh fruit and granola.

All staff members (reception, bar, breakfast buffet) were super nice and helpful! We only stayed here one night and don’t use the spa facilities, so we can only comment on the rooms. We were a big group and had booked multiple rooms. The double bedroom was very nicely decorated, clean, and very comfortable. The location of the hotel is great to explore nearby towns like Sorrento.

One of our rooms was very small and without windows. This room also wasn’t as clean as the other ones, and there was an issue with the shower head. These weren’t major issues, but I think it should be pointed out that not all rooms were equally clean.

Lovely welcome from staff when we arrived. Luggage was carried up to our rooms (steep steps) Bar/pool/restaurant staff were very accommodating. Very peaceful place except for a Saturday when lots of visitors and noise around the pool. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

Lunch menu was a little limiting. Accommodation is on top of a very steep hill!

Staff was so nice and helpful at all times. Very good breakfast, the pool area is amazing, with such a view. The whole place is very nice and you can have lunch or dinner at the restaurant, very good food. The bed was amazing, really comfy. I had everything I needed. Wonderful stay!

The room was quite basic, and the only issue is that it almost doesn't have windows (only on first floor). The shower is really small.

Very very nice staff, from manager to room cleaning. Super helpful and friendly. Best hospitality in a long time. Sea view of Capri from the restaurant and pool as well as a few rooms. Great renovated stone house. Clean. The resort is super and has very good location. 25 minutes from Sorrento. Pool staff is quick and sensational (constantly doing their jobs). Great pool lounge music via Spotify. alternating events and entertainment. Clean pool, Fun vegetation and the panorama good for relaxing. Great lunch and dinner. Fine wine list. We will come again. :)

Amazing Pool, Amazing View, big garden, very nice staff, location is absolutely beautiful all together.

The Jacuzzi is actually a big Bath Tub, and the room has absolutely no wardrobe, there is a small rack for shirts and dresses behind the fridge but that is it, nothing else to put your clothes, I had to keep my jeans and t-shirts and underwear in my luggage for the whole week.

Absolutely awesome, friendly and always helpful staff, especially the lovely ladies at the restaurant and gentlemen at the hotel reception. It is good to keep in mind that the easiest way to explore the surroundings is by car.

The pool area is really nice, but it might be quite crowded in the afternoons as it caters to local families as well.

It was clean, beautiful and staff was very friendly. Good food and reasonable prices on drinks and food. Very nice,large pool and great view.

I would just recommend longer pool opening hours in the evening (maybe up to 8-9).
