Hotel Sant’Agata was wonderful—I'd definitely return if I visit the area again! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, even upgrading our room for free before we arrived to one with a large balcony and great view. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the bus stop with regular buses to Sorrento, and felt safe and calm. A grocery store nearby made it easy to grab snacks and drinks, and we were close to beautiful spots like Fiordo di Crapolla. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with great daily cleaning and a very comfy bed. Highly recommend!

The only complaint I have is that the walls were a little thin and we could hear our neighbors and we could also hear cars/motorcycles outside early in the morning, but that part is probably more due to the fact that we had two balconies and the door windows seemed a bit thin.

The hotel is clean, rooms and especially bed was comfy as I slept really well. It’s in an excellent location close to a very good cafe , lots of good restaurants , shops , supermarket, ceramic shops whatever you want is available. What makes the place special is the people who are exceptionally polite, friendly and take good care of their customers. Special thanks to the lovely Antonella who has a big smile at reception and recommended Ravello which I loved. Thanks to Antonio at breakfast who served us excellent coffee. brothers Gianluigi and Claudio very informative and helped us on all our queries. They also helped arrange a tour to Capri and farm which was excellent. We also enjoyed the Dotto train ride.

Hotel staff is very competent and friendly. You can feel that people care for their business as it is family-owned business. Do not miss Claudio's 'museum' of old Vespa and cars (in hotel's garage).

Do not take taxi from Sorrento to the hotel. It will cost you Euro 60. The bus is 40 times cheaper, fast, and comfortable.

We stayed at the hotel for a week and had the most amazing time and great experience. It’s perfect for couples and families, as it is great to have a nice and pleasant time relaxing near the pool or in lobby area. It is very clean and well preserved. But the absolute stars of this hotel are the owners and staff. They could not have been more helpful and welcoming, explaining us every detail, giving variety of recommendations of nice spots and beautiful places, which we wouldn’t even think about ourselves. The grocery store is just right around corner, the Sant’Agata village itself has plenty of restaurants/bars and you can also have a nice walk in the evening. We really felt like home and will definitely come back again! Thanks

Very friendly staff Absolutely love the pool and location. Very easy access to the shops/restaurants and also buses every half an hour to Sorrento. Very good location for boat trip to Positano. This hotel is a family business so they keep everything to the highest level for the customer’s comfort. They also give me free drinks for my birthday 😇🥹🥹 very sweet! Great memories from this hotel xx

Everything is perfect, but just the temperature of water could be higher a little bit 🙂

The bedrooms are comfortable, the property is well located near the centro of Santa Agata and about 25 minutes in bus from the centro of Sorrento. The staff is amazing, everyone is always trying to help and make you feel good!

The breakfast, since it is a Italian hotel, was expecting a Italian breakfast but it was a low quality international breakfast (raw scrambled eggs, non fresh pastries and the worst americano coffee I ever had)

The hotel is run by 2 brothers who are doing a very good job. Location is great, as you can walk anywhere in the village, for restaurants in the evening. We had one dinner at the hotel, it was excellent. Room was shiny, very nice decorated, and lots of space. The good sized balcony, facing the pool, was so nice to sit in. The village is close to Sorrento, as well as Positano, with very easy access. I’m sure we’ll stay there again if in the area.

The stuff was extremely friendly and made us feel super welcomed. The whole property is very serene and calming. After all the fuss and crowded places from Sorrento/Amalfi/Positano and Capri, this hotel was a breath of fresh of air.

The only minus I would say was the mattress, could have been a little more confortable.

Fabulous staff. My partner had a health issue which was dealt with by the the duty person on reception. He called a doctor for us. The doctor came to the hotel and sorted the problem so quickly. Unbelievable help and dealt with like it wasn’t any kind of problem. Made us feel really important and looked after. Thank you.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t very efficient but still great value
