Gorgeous view from our room and the pool. The shuttle was very regular and on time which was important for us. It allowed us to experience Amalfi coast the way we wanted to.

Some of the fixtures (shower, sink, hairdryer etc.) were very outdated. But the staff was exceptional and it made up for it (in our opinion).

The hotel was lovely, gorgeous views, extremely nice and accommodating staff, free shuttle into town, free parking. The rooms are large and comfy, patios overlooking the sea and Sorrento, AC, not luxurious but just what we wanted!

Bathroom was small and dark but the shower was very nice. No food other than a light breakfast so be prepared to go into town for meals.

The staff couldn’t do enough for you. They were amazing. From the day we arrived to the very last day. They upgraded us without us having to ask. Then we had family coming for a day and we asked if it was ok for them to use the pool and also for parking. They said of course it is there was not a problem. Honestly if you are interested in booking this place don’t hesitate. We actually stayed there 11 years ago me not realizing when I booked. When we got there my husband said we have been here before. I said I don’t think so. Then he showed me photos from 11years ago and the exact same. They were very kind and hospitable then and they were amazing this time also. We would not hesitate to book there again.

There was nothing we did not like about the property

We had a fantastic stay at Residence Le Terrazze Sorrento! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and breakfast included — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. We especially loved the cappuccinos in the morning and relaxing with drinks at the bar in the evening. The views from the property are simply breathtaking — waking up to Mt. Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples was unforgettable. The shuttle to downtown Sorrento was very convenient and made getting around easy. Peaceful, scenic, and truly welcoming — we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We loved the view from our balcony in the room. The balcony was small but it was all that we needed. Breakfast left something to be desired. It was basic croissants, breads and jams. If you want a full breakfast, this hotel does not offer that. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. It was a bit small for 3 people but it met our needs. The shuttle into town was a great bonus. I am not sure how we would have gotten around without it. It was timely and comfortable. We also loved the waterbeds by the pool. What a great and unique touch.

It would have been nice to have more breakfast options. It also would have been nice to have a comfortable chair for sitting on in the room. With that being said, there was nowhere to put it.

Stunning views and a super comfortable stay for families to enjoy Sorrento. Our room was clean, bright and airy. The pool is just what you need in the unrelenting Italian summer. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A huge bonus to staying here is the free laundry service. Breakfast was nice.

The free shuttle service to and from town is included in your stay but just be aware to plan your day around getting in and out of town. There is a period from around 12pm-3pm when the shuttle bus doesn’t run and if you want to get back during that time it’s a £50-60 cab ride.

The hotel is at the highest point of Sorrento which offers tremendous views over the gulf. The air is like in the mountains - fresh and crystal clear. The staff are extremely kind and attentive, they go above and beyond to please you. Our studio was clean and a good size for 3 people. The breakfast, that we were offered for free, was also nice and served on a big terrace or in your room. Laundry service available for the guests of the hotel free of charge, same as a shuttle to and from the center of Sorento that runs all day. The beds and the pillows were comfortable too. We stayed there 2 nights and enjoyed them really much. Sorento is a fantastic place to spend a holiday - we extended our 🥰

All was very good, no complaints at all.

The shuttle was very convenient, and played a large part in why we chose to stay at this hotel! All of the staff were extremely nice from the receptionists, to the cleaners, to the guy who serves breakfast! As soon as we arrived to the hotel we were greeted outside with umbrellas (since it was raining) and the receptionist Geovani helped carry all bags inside.

Although the shuttle is very convenient, the large break between 11:45am and 4:15pm, was a bit awkward in length and made planning the day a bit difficult.

The views are breathtaking! The staff was exceptional and very helpful! They were on top of all our requests. They are very responsive and answered all my questions and concerns prior to our arrival, during and even after our stay! They gave us maps and directions to get around. We especially liked the shuttle service that was included to get us back and forth from the Sorrento center which was very convenient. It was nice being a short distance away from the busy touristy areas. Water, coffee and pastries were a nice touch. They also did our laundry daily. Overall it was an enjoyable stay for our family of 4.

The property needs some updates and upgrades. It honestly has so much potential considering its location and views.

We had the most incredible stay here. We were in the largest apartment with a dining area and two bedrooms with an outside terrace. It was so beautiful and relaxing. The pool and view were stunning. The shuttle bus very convenient. My favourite part was the hotel recommendations for dinner - a car from the restaurant would pick us up from the hotel and drive us to their farm where we had amazing food - and then drive us back to hotel afterwards. We wish we could’ve stayed for longer. We will definitely return to this hotel, it was a dream thank you so much.
