The staff were so kind and so helpful! Everyday they greeted my family with a smile and iced coffee. They gave great recommendations to places to visit. They ordered delicious pizza for us and even had a fireworks display for us 🤣 We loved having the pool with a view. Overall this was one of our favorite stops.

The ants in the room were extremely excessive. We finally found where they were coming in and plugged it with toilet paper. The ants around the pool were also excessive. Understanding it is nature you can still control certain bugs. We had to shake out every single thing when packing. I took some videos of all the dead ants from the night before we left. The bus returning from Sorrento was beyond crowded that we decided to drive down every night because it was not worth waiting and not fitting on the bus. There were not many lounge chairs and umbrellas by the pool and it would have been nice for the pool to be open a little later.

Nothing to dislike

The property has stunning views over the bay of Naples with a great view of the sea and Mount Vesuvius! Free shuttle bus every hour brings you from snd to the hotel!! Amazing. Great pool and very comfortable bed had a great nights sleep. 💤. Very clean surrounds and the staff where do I begin they can’t do enough for you! Extremely polite and friendly. Made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable! Highly Recommend plus great communications vis whattsApp. Helped us find the shuttle bus etc. thanks again for great stay!

Few very minor issues 1. Bedside table coming off the wall 2. Plug didn’t work on one side of the bed. 3. The shower floor design not great use of pebbles hurt feet.

Beautiful hotel with a stunning view of the sea and Vesuvius and wonderful, helpful, welcoming staff. A lovely retreat from busy Sorrento and fantastic to have a pool. Superb for kids and adults alike. The property is some distance from the town which prior to arrival was a little concern (as we had decided not to hire a car), however a regular free hotel shuttle bus operates which made trips to the town easy. As well as trips into town we were able to cook simple meals, eat on our balcony and also get take away and free breakfast.

No significant complaints! Any problems were very promptly dealt with by staff.

The location in the mountain was very unique and nice .The view was amazing overlooking sorrento and the coast The hotel desk staff were very welcoming and cheerful on every occasion very informative too in regards any aspect of the holiday.Big shout out to Daniel nothing too much trouble but every staff member was superb🥰 The accomadation was very clean modern and efficient in every sense the bed and pillows were so comfortable .The A/C modern and very quiet The shower was excellent constant hot water at all times Nothing to dislike about our hotel

Its not a dislike but to access rooms one has to climb stairs at various levels depending on room no. This was not a problem to my family but could be for older folk trip hazard etc

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We booked one night as we were travelling around Italy and did not plan on staying in one place more than a night, but this one was so good we stayed 3 nights in total! The staff were very accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We got free upgrades on our rooms where possible and each one was lovely - the rooms were very clean and spacious, all with lovely balconies with an even better view! We would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Sorrento. They also offer a free shuttle service into Sorrento nearly every hour which is perfect!

This was a lovely property if you wanted a chilled out holiday. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Sorrento. The hotel provided a bus down to Sorrento at various times every day. The staff were very helpful and even though the hotel doesn't actually have a restaurant, they will arrange to order food in if you wanted i.e. pizza or food from the restaurant next door. All the rooms have a lovely balcony if you want to to eat in your apartment overlooking the mountain. They also provided an option to wash your clothes and had them back within a day. Rooms cleaned and towels changed everyday.

If they had the option of something to eat on site.

I can't say enough good things about this property. The location was perfect and the views were incredible. I don't think there as a bad view in the entire place. The service was outstanding. Every staff member was accommodating, helpful, and focused on giving us a wonderful stay. The rooms and property were clean and the pool was lovely. It was a peaceful place to stay, just out of the fray of the Sorrento city center with a shuttle that ran perfectly on time and got us into and out of town every time we wanted to be there. They had a bar for afternoon and evening drinks and served a wonderful breakfast each morning. The staff also helped me book a few tours around Naples and the Amalfi Coast. The pricing for the tours they booked was on par with every other tour I compared it too and they handled all the logistics perfectly, making our day trips stress-free.

The room could have been a little bigger. I was expecting a 1 1/2 bedroom apartment or a bit more space, but the balcony and kitchenette made up for it. There wasn't a lot of room to store luggage. It wasn't fancy, but it was comfortable, and again the views and the staff made it a perfect place to stay. Honestly, my entire family said we'd return again and send friends there.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely room with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view. Nice breakfast. We were able to request bottled water, which was given freely. The location was good for us as we had a car and really enjoyed having evening meals in the little town further up the hill.

It was all pretty great. If I had to mention something, it would be the bland, very quiet, gentle music playing on the terrace most of the time; could have had more tuneful options. As it is an apartment type hotel, the guests ranged from couples with babies to a hen group.... these didn't affect our enjoyment of our holiday. All guests seemed very pleasant.

We were absolutely blown away with Residence Le Terrazze. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, the staff made us feel so special from check in to a breakfast upgrade and then the 24/7 support you have via what’s app for anything. Then they offer the complimentary shuttle every hour into town and back and this is a huge bonus. The views were exceptional it was so nice to sit outside your room to beautiful views. The staff honestly made the stay unforgettable.

It was a little noisy between the rooms, you could hear noises throughout the night of people walking around outside going back to their rooms or the others in their rooms beside you.
