A wonderful 4 night stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were super attentive and couldn’t have done any more for us - always providing great restaurant recommendations, tips on how to travel and what to see (Ravello is a must-see) and always shared their own experiences and local tips of the area. Salvatore and his team make you feel like part of the family and welcome you every morning for breakfast with a smile, warmth and even just in 4 days you feel like you like you have been there for a month. Great breakfast options and drinks. Room was also upgraded upon arrival with astonishing views of the Sorrento coast. Free shuttles into town in a Mercedes viano which is fantastic

Nothing - it was a wonderful stay, maybe a gym is the only thing missing as we like to exercise every morning. The hotel is a 10 minute drive to sorrento main centre, so is not walkable. For us, we loved it as it was a away from the busy roads and tourists

We loved being above Sorrento where it was more peaceful; the hotel, the grounds and the views were absolutely stunning - truly breathtaking! Our room had sea views, was decorated well and very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful especially when my husband was ill. Food at the hotel was excellent. Sorrento was about 8 minutes away in the shuttle which you could request between 8-12 then from 4-10pm.

The shuttle stopped for 4 hours in the afternoon. It wasn’t a problem for us but you needed to plan your time out. It would be ideal if the break was a little shorter for greater flexibility. The shower was in the bath which again wasn’t a problem for us but I could imagine it might be for some. The pool was beautiful and a lovely temperature but it was a little difficult to get in and out as there was nothing to hold onto and the floor was slippery. I slipped which made me a little nervous and I also witnessed 2 others slipping. I definitely think something should be done about this. I was careful as I had already had seen a review stating it was slippery but I still slipped.

The property itself is simply stunning, clean, accessible and the view is beautiful. The staff all go above and beyond and the food is grown onsite and they are proud of their homemade produce (olive oil, lemon marmalade). I broke my foot one day in Sorrento and the staff have been so kind and thoughtful. Nothing is a problem. When we came to breakfast the following morning, there was a rented wheelchair waiting for me and ramps already installed - without us even asking. Not only this, but the car service really helped us with hospital visits and getting me to the odd dinner off the property. The breakfast is wonderful she catered for my husband who is celiac. And the dinners were better than the dinners we had in Sorrento. I never write reviews but this place is very special. Our room had a terrace and I spent much time on it overlooking Sorrento and the sea. Thank you to all at Anna Belle. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

We had a great stay, everything was perfect. To start with, the hotel is beautiful and peaceful, very well maintained with amazing view. The staff is very helpful and professional, service is top notch : a warm thank you to the team. Breakfast was delicious and dinner as well, using fresh ingredients from the garden. There is a free shuttle to Sorrento and also private parking.

Just the room sound proofing could be better, we could hear the hallway noise from our room on the second floor, but since it’s a small hotel with very respectful guests and staff it was not a big issue.

Such a beautiful place to stay! The view from the pool and our room over the bay of Naples was incredible, I did not get tired of looking for the whole 6 days! The pool was lovely with great bar service. Our room was large with a bath and multiple balconies. The onsite restaurant was lovely with lots of home grown ingredients! We are vegan and they happily made many dishes that suited us. Same for breakfast, and they love to make sure you are well fed! All the restaurant staff were so nice as well! The courtesy car worked well most of the time, but also the walk isn’t actually too far even though it seems like you are a long way from the city.

The beds were very firm and the pillows very flat. The courtesy car only starts at 8 and takes a break in the afternoon which can be bad timing depending on your plans. Taxi was very expensive for a 7 mins trip to the city for an early tour we had. So after that we just walked if needed which was fine.

It’s the perfect location just up the hill from the hustle of Sorrento. They accommodate you with a car service to and from town and made every accommodation personal. It was elegance, private, and a breathtaking view. Breakfast and lunch snacks on the patio to start the day were lovely. The smell of the lemon trees and Jasmin along with the quiet grounds made us linger longer by the pool and in the courtyard. Salvatore advised us on day trips. And late in the evening post a family wedding, they sent a taxi to pick us up in town. They made us feel so special and the rooms were so elegant. We enjoyed aquamarine with a large patio and beautiful sunset views. Highly recommend. I already miss being there.

The complimentary car service does not run between noon and 4pm. That’s the only watch out.

We loved everything about this hotel. The view is gorgeous, the rooms are amazing and spacious - we had 2 rooms and 3 balconies it was lovely. The pool is amazing. The courtesy car to take you into the town (10 min drive) is brilliant. The food was lovely, breakfast especially. You can eat all meals there is you want to. The staff were so amazing, so friendly and helpful. I would love to go back.

The only bad thing is that I am sure no hotel will ever be as perfect!

The hotel was incredible, and the view was beautiful! The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly! The breakfast was delicious and brought to our room every morning, which was a highlight! The morning bread basket is a must; it's baked fresh daily!

The grounds had lots of wasps near the pool and outdoor dining area, which ruined our experience of relaxing by the pool. The free shuttle takes a break from 1 to 5 p.m., which I felt was a bit too much. I understand a break, but not operating for four hours in the middle of the day is challenging. We used a taxi one day, and they charged us $50.00 Euro to go a mile to the city center. We never got a taxi again and waited for the shuttle service.

Anna Belle is an elegant, peaceful, and calm retreat from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. Set in beautiful grounds with an incredible view across the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius, Anna Belle was a perfect special get away for our wedding anniversary. All the staff were welcoming and attentive, giving us the feeling that nothing was too much to ask. The regular transfer into Sorrento allowed us to spend plenty of time in Sorrento, whilst also enjoying the pool and gardens at Anna Belle. A truly beautiful spot!

Everything ! The hotel is very intimate as there are only 14 rooms, so the staff gets to know you personally very quickly. Yet the property is very open and comfortable, and the "agro" part is great - fresh lemons, eggs, etc... right there. Rooms are spacious, luxurious and well appointed. We had dinner at the hotel 2 nights and it was very good and breakfast every day was as good as you can get and great selections. We enjoyed a couple of warm afternoons relaxing by the pool, enjoying the fantastic view with a heavy handed pour gin & tonic :) Having the shuttle available for a quick trip into Sorrento made it very convenient. The staff was the finishing touch on the stay. They were all great, extremely focused on the guests and made it a thoroughly enjoying stay. As an example -We had booked a boat trip for the day that left early in the morning, before breakfast hrs. The arranged to pack us breakfast to go for us to take: coffee, fruit, sandwich, pastry.... Thanks again to the entire staff!
