This is such a beautiful property that I would love to bring my family back to one day. Everything was perfect.

I loved the atmosphere and the staff. From the moment I booked the holiday, I started receiving messages about transport and reminders about the shuttle. I found them very accommodating and really nice. It has a family atmosphere, a place where I would live to return. I could see everyone working really hard from the reception to the kitchen and cleaning staff. The dining room was amazing with gorgeous tiles.There were a couple of tinny issues but they were mended in minutes. I had my son with me. He was really Lound a messy as usual, as there are at this age, but they didn't seamed to mind. I particularly loved the lady that served us. I feel bad that I do not remember her name. She was a motherly figure. She was very kind and friendly. The breakfast was fairly diverse and satisfied everyone from our group ( which rarely happen). I loved the fact that they also served freshly squeezed orange juice. If the traveling to the place will be easier, I would return this year, but due to the turns, we are not that keen. Overall, it was really worth it. Thank you !

I would have loved to have olives in the morning, as this is a must for me and because of that I wanted to give a 9. However, it wouldn't have been fair as everything has exceed our expectations. So, for that reason, they deserve a 10 or A**. Thank you and I hope to return. PS: the pictures don't show the really beautiful place.

We loved the breakfast. Lots of choices and fresh. We loved the shuttle which was very reliable and on time. We didn't find out about the pool or hot tub until 4 days in to our stay. The hotel is quite unique in design and I don't remember reading about it in the ad.

I think the directions to catch the shuttle should be more detailed. We used the train to arrive in Sorrento from Naples and we had a hard time finding the Hotel Caesar Agustus. I think saying to turn left out of the station and up the hill to the main road then turn right on that road and walk down a couple of blocks would be easier than what they provide in the email. I also think having multiple buses and shuttles picking up from the same location causes quite the grid lock - specially if you've been travelling and have suitcases that have to be loaded. The bus stop was always packed with people pushing and shoving.

I couldn't have made a better choice! The room with a view would have been worth it, but the breakfast was also plentiful and complete! The restaurant serves delicious dishes and drinks! And the service was the best I had during my stay in Italy.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but that's not a problem because there are free shuttle buses with regular drop-off and pick-up times. The only thing I'd like to point out is the drivers' service: they were extremely rude and arrogant! They didn't talk, they SHOUTED! They carelessly threw my bags in the middle of the street and were extremely impatient. BUT I must say they aren't hotel employees.

The view from the restaurant terrace is stunning. We enjoyed our dinner at the hotel restaurant for 2 nights, taking in the beautiful sunsets. The quality of the food is superb (you must try their pasta and fish). They offer a continental breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Our room is clean and quiet. One highlight of the hotel facility is the self-serve laundry. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Sorrento town, which we used every day and found it was punctual and convenient. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. I am glad that we chose Hotel II Nido this time, will come back again, and try their sea view room next time!

A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Service and Breathtaking Views This small, family-owned hotel is truly a gem. It offers everything you need for a perfect stay. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful—even before our arrival, Gianna went above and beyond to coordinate our transportation and ensure everything was ready. The location is fantastic, especially because of the spectacular views. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and meet the standards. The food is another highlight—delicious and reasonably priced, and you simply can’t beat the view while dining. We will definitely stay here again!

Nothing, it was perfect!

What a delight to stay in such a beautiful quiet location that is proudly family run and has the most amazing views of Sorrento!! Meals in the restaurant are very good and presentation is excellent. Breakfast had a nice selection of fresh local produce, freshly squeezed orange juice and warm pastries. Room with sea view was spacious with ample cupboard space and extra pillows and blankets if needed. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Sorrento as a base to explore the towns along the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Vesuvius and Pompeii. Shuttle drops you into town so you can meet up with tours or explore. Special thanks to Mary who looked after us for dinner each night in the dining room!

Amazing view of Sorrento, Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Stunning sunset visible from our room balcony and dining room balcony. Buffet breakfast was incredible and consisted of a very big variety of hot food, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, bread, selection of cheeses, spreads, cereal, freshly squeezed orange juice and tea/coffee. Dinner was absolutely delicious so we decided to eat at the hotel every night. Dino helped us booked 3 tours which were all excellent. The hourly hotel shuttle to/from Sorrento was extremely handy. Very good wifi connection. Loved the pool and sundeck. Used the laundry and clothes line. Perfect stay and would stay again. 2nd generation family business that take pride in their hotel and really care about their guests.

Smaller family owned and operated hotel with beautiful views and convenient location. Parking was easy and local transportation stopped right in front of the hotel. Owner was helpful in many different ways, from pointing out things to do, helping with money exchange, etc. Breakfast was fresh and offered a large spread of choices. Restaurant was excellent, so good in fact that we took most of our evening meals in the hotel. View from rooms and restaurant were wonderful.

Local roads are narrow and winding and more difficult to drive than I felt comfortable. This says nothing negative about the hotel, just pointing out the facts about driving a rental car in the Sorrento area. We stayed in 12 different hotels in Italy and Germany, and this was the best experience of them all.

Wow. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. From the moment we set inside, we felt right at home. The staff are so lovely and go and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are modern and clean with the most amazing view of Sorrento. The shuttle bus is free and picks up or drops you off every hour so getting to and from Sorrento was not a problem at all. You can really tell this is a Family establishment and the care they have for all their guests is amazing. The restaurant is amazing and had a really wide selection of food. The breakfast buffet was so amazing as well. I celebrated my birthday here and the staff even sung happy birthday to me and gave me a free tiramisu which was the best tiramisu I’ve had in Sorrento. This was truly the highlight of my stay and I will miss this place a lot. Already planning a holiday to come back!
