We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Fioreita in Sorrento! The hospitality and kindness of the staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the city center. The complimentary shuttle service to the center was a great convenience, and I appreciated the variety of excellent boat excursions available. We highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience in Sorrento!

Stunning views over Sorrento! Beautiful and clean room, fantastic atmosphere, extremely helpful and friendly reception staff as well as restaurant staff. Food was delicious, we also tried their dinner menu, just yummy! ! Luca, the driver (transfer to Sorrento was very appreciated) was also very kind and friendly. All in all, fantastic stay, highly recommended! Will definitely be back! Many thanks to everyone in the hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My stay at Hotel Villa Fiorita in Sorrento was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and offer stunning views of the breathtaking Sorrento coastline. The location is perfect for a peaceful retreat, yet still convenient for exploring the vibrant town center and nearby attractions. The complimentary shuttle service made it even easier to get around. One of the highlights was the terrace – the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the Bay of Naples. The breakfast itself was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and local options to start the day right. Overall, Hotel Villa Fiorita is a true gem. I can’t wait to return!

Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean. Free buffet breakfast. Free shuttle to and from Sorrento. We checked out at 10am. We had a late flight at 9.40,pm, we were allowed to use all hotel facilities until time of departure. Taxi to and from airport was arranged with hotel. Beautiful stunning views from hotel. My daughter loved it so much she us arranging to go back there with her daughter. I would definitely book again.

We had a room for three people, one of the mattresses was very hard. I asked if they could change it and they did obligingly.

Absolutely incredible views and extremely good value for money in the restaurant - staff were all lovely

Not the villas fault really but the public transport isn't great - it looks as though you can jump onto a bus to positano or amalfi from right outside but they're always full so it took us two hours to get a bus and ended up going into the centre to come back on ourselves - hotel quote for transfer to amalfi was 180 (20 on bus) or 50 just to get 17 mins to sorrento so just keep in mind that getting about is a bit of a faff!

After looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Sorrento we picked the Hotel Villa Fiorita as a base for visiting the Amalfi coast, Capri and Pompeii and it turned out to be a great choice. The hotel staff were superb and always very helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional with plenty of choice and the hotel had an excellent restaurant for evening meals. The hotel is located high up with a superb view of Sorrento and the Bay of Naples. The location is around 20 minutes from Sorrento city centre and the hotel provides a free shuttle bus every hour to and from the centre. We booked trips to Capri and Amalfi coast and were picked up from the hotel. Both excursions were excellent.

The swimming pool wasn't in operation when we were there but we were there in the Autumn so it was possible closed for the winter.

This place....ah, this place. Everything was very good, from the shuttle bus (where all started at arrival) to the comfy beds we had. The people at the hotel (employees) made all difference in this hotel as we are treated like we are at home, by our families. Everybody so good, so polite, so attentive, so doing everything for your stay to be perfect. We always felt home for the period we stayed (and it wasn't short). Amazing, amazing and amazing. Thanks for the experience you all provided us.

The shuttle bus ends too early for people on vacation...23:30hs. Just give it a thought and maybe put a extra mini-bus or smaller van maybe at 00:30 and another one at 01:30 just to give some vacationers more time to enjoy the night life at Sorrento. But it was still very good.

The hotel is located quite a bit up a hill from the city center of Sorrento. This makes for excellent views. However, it also takes some time to get back down the hill. The hotel provides a shared shuttle that runs once/hour. It stops at other hotels down the mountain to pick up passengers. It did take about 20-30min to get back up and down with the stops/traffic. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and variety.

Shuttle frequency could be more. Hot tub was luke warm and not hot, there was not an option on the controls to make the water temperature hotter.

This hotel is a little gem with the BEST VIEWS in the area - you can watch your sunrise from bed- totally worth paying little extra for a room with the view and balcony ( room 11) and sunsets from hot tubs -other views from a nice pool :) AMAZING - we just couldn't get enough! :) The food is also great - breakfast - nice variety and very tasty and we had dinner on our arrival and the pasta was so delicious and tasty. Staff very nice and helpful. There is also a free shuttle bus throughout the day which is great as the price of taxis is insanely crazily expensive!! The bus stop for shuttle bus right outside the hotel. We also used a local bus for an early start - also outside the hotel and very reliable and cheep - we paid 4 euros one way for 2 people to town ( 15 min ride) So we loved the hotel and would definitely come back!

Beautiful view, pool area, great restaurant - great food and prices unbelievable! They have a set menu which is only 26 euro pp for 3 courses which had lots of different options to choose from, prawn, pork, chicken etc, house bottle of wine only 10 euros and was much nicer than some of the more expensive ones we have had elsewhere. The View is to die for! and staff- couldn’t do more from early in the morning till late at night all very polite and helpful. Especially our waitress who was always so friendly and welcoming. Shuttle service was very useful. Great that it’s free! Very easy to access and use and air conditioned coach so very comfortable. direct from the station to the hotel so in around 15 mins so it’s perfect

Nothing at all. For the money we paid we can’t believe how beautiful and good value it was with all the facilities.
