Fabulous location, great views, good facilities (multiple connected pools and an indoor pool and rooftop pool/bar, gym, tennis, padel…all only 5 mins from town centre

The tennis court was completely worn out to the point of being kind of dangerous, the “7 pools” were one pool really (connected pools), and they managed to charge you for everything. Want to use rooftop bar pool? Extra charge. Padel? Extra charge. Etc. Restaurants were ok as was breakfast but none blew me away. Most annoying was when they demanded a deposit then wouldn’t let me use it against the final bill saying they’d refund me later…still waiting.

A beautiful, modern, stylish hotel set in beautiful grounds with functioning garden growing lemon, oranges , fruit and vegetables all used in the hotel. Our sea view room had the most stunning view of Versuvious. The pools were great and always sun beds around as pool not open until 9 am - great policy. A 10 min walk down into town but up hill on way home but feel much fitter now! Sorrento is a fantastic base and place to stay.

Felt should have been given 1 bottle per person , per day of still water in room

It is one of the few international chains in the region and is located just a few minutes from the city center. This hotel provides a great base for your Amalfi experience, with superb staff, spacious facilities, and nice views, making it easy to spend the vacation inside the resort.

The building requires an external makeover because it has a 20th-century aesthetic. Additionally, the breakfast area resembles a school cafeteria.

The location was fantastic, a short walk into Sorrento with plenty of shops and local conveniences on the way. The junior suite was a great size for us as we were staying for our wedding, the staff were so accommodating and made us feel truly special and welcomed on our big day. The pool area was fantastic and perfect for relaxing around when the weather was hot. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and we loved the little touches like the local food options, piano player on the weekend and my daughter loved being brought ‘fairy biscuits’. I couldn’t fault the rooms of our wedding party too, they were all treated brilliantly and the hotel was spotless.

In the heat of July we were grateful for the pool for the kids to cool off every afternoon after tours and site seeing. Restaurants were convenient for dinner.

The AC never really cooled off the rooms overnight.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we really appreciated the gluten-free options. After staying in several charming, traditional Italian hotels, it was a nice change to spend a few days in a more modern setting. The additional facilities like the tennis courts and gym were a great bonus. The outdoor pools looked amazing but it was too cold to brave (even for 2 Scot’s!). Complementary bottle of fizz and card was a lovely additional for our Honeymoon.

The hotel is located a bit further from the main square compared to some other options, and the uphill walk can be a bit challenging at the end of a busy day. A shuttle service to the main square would have been helpful—perhaps this is offered during busier seasons, as we visited in April. A couple of the on-site restaurants were closed due to the off-season, and the main restaurant, while convenient and nice, was quite expensive. Access to the indoor pool had to be requested, likely because the hotel was relatively quiet at the time.

The sort is absolutely amazing! Beautiful rooms with the best views of the sea & Mount Vesuvius! The breakfast buffet was wonderful, so many choices and everything delicious. The staff was amazing, very accommodating and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels offered . We ate at most of the restaurants on property and all were good. The pools are terrific and our kids enjoyed the kids club.

In a perfect world it would be a bit closer to city center, but it’s a 15-20 minute walk so not too bad

It’s very clean and spacious. Definitely pay the extra and get an ocean view as when we opened the curtains, the view of Naples and Mt Vesuvius took our breath away. Unbelievable. The breakfast is also well worth while. As well as the Executive Lounge.

Just one small thing that’s not really their fault, but it’s worth considering. Taxis are €20 each way to take you into town and back. It’s literally a 4 minute ride. Whilst you can walk, if it’s raining or late then a taxi is needed. It just seemed excessive as we’d just come from Rome where it was a lot cheaper. The hotel really should look into a shuttle running at certain times.

Beautiful hotel set on the mountain side with amazing views of Sorrento and the sea. Our room was very spacious and very clean. It had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast at the hotel was amazing with so much food choice. The pool area was very nice and big. The kids really enjoyed being at the pool and they had a kids club everyday which was great. There was plenty of loungers around the pool too. We were a short walk from the town and you could take a short cut from the hotel garden so it was quick to get to lovely restaurants and shops. However the walk was abit steep. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They did their best to accommodate our requests. We had a great stay here.

We had to be careful on our trip due to certain allergies and although most of the staff were well informed and helpful with this, we did have an incident when certain allergy indicators were incorrect on a printed menu at one of their restaurants. Allergies should be taken very seriously so we flagged this to management as this information should be accurate and up to date.

The breakfast was really good with some hot options, pastries, fruit, salad & drinks. The room was amazing, really comfortable bed with a great view, they even gave us a small cake & bottle of sparkling wine for our anniversary. The rooftop bar & restaurant was our favourite, pricey but worth it. The service was very good standard. We loved the pool bar & drinks provided & the service here was very friendly & attentive. Live music at lounge & rooftop was very good.

The lounge bar service was pretty poor. Inattentive (even though there were only four tables when we were there). We asked one of the servers for more cordial in our drink at one point & he seemed unsure & just walked away so had to go to the bar to ask directly. My partner also later asked for another beer & the server said “um, sure” which seemed like a very strange response. Service just seemed slow & lacking that smooth & efficient service you would expect from Hilton, especially given the prices. Room service options are limited. Pool bar restaurants Caesar salad was swimming in dressing, expected better for 18 euros. Club sandwich also had burnt hard toast on one of the days we ordered.
