Love that it’s in the heart of Sorrento, and while the location was excellent—close to most amenities and easy to get around—the overall experience was mixed. The space was clean, and although the shower was quite small, 50 cm wide I think ! But that seems to be common in Italy. Breakfast offered a decent variety, which was a plus. However, the shared flat setup meant it could be quite noisy, with guests waking and moving around at different times. The biggest downside for me was the bed—it was extremely uncomfortable, and I slept very poorly throughout my stay. I even developed back pain that really affected my trip, which was disappointing. With a better mattress and a bit more sound insulation, this place could offer a much more comfortable experience.

The mattress was terrible and caused me poor sleep and back pain , which ruined my experience overall . The outdoor pool was closed and it’s at the back of the block and shared by all residents of the surrounding building . Also the checkout was too early , it didn’t bother me as I was leaving early anyways but feel the time is not right as most hotels around the world offer a later time

This was a great deal in Sorrento. Located at the edge of the historic town it was easily walkable. The rooms were lovely, bright and clean with a nice balcony and view. The breakfast was good with everything one might expect. The only drawback was the shower in one of our rooms was very small. The other room (apartment) had a normal size shower. The set up worked well for our family with college age kids who had one apartment for 4 with a kitchen while we had a separate room for 2 with a mini fridge.

Loved the location as it was only a 5 minute walk to the town centre, 10 minute walk to the train station. We enjoyed the help yourself breakfast but a few mornings if we went later (after 9am), there was not much left and missed out. Overall the room was lovely and clean.

We would of loved to have used the pool but as it was hot. It was ready for the season and we saw they started filling it the day before we checked out. Some mornings the common kitchen area was very loud and woke us up but we just used our earplugs and it helped. This was not the fault of the manager but the other people staying.

Accommodation had a great location only a very short walk to the old town. Host provided very clear and easy to follow access instructions as it is a self check-in. Room was great with a balcony looking out to Mount Vesuvius. Only downside was the small shower. Breakfast was great and lots of variety though no hot food. I'd highly recommend Blu Sea Sorrento

We loved our stay at Blu Sea Sorrento! The view from the balcony was amazing and the place was comfortable. The pool is great and we loved spending time there at the end of each day to relax. The apartment was also very well located within 5-10 minutes from downtown and bus station. We were able to walk everywhere.

Food for breakfast is not included (just tea and coffee) but there is a Carrefour Express (grocery store) nearby to get what you need for your stay.

Very good location, close to the busy area of Sorrento and restaurants, 7-8 minute from the train station. Comfortable bed, tools for making tea and coffee. The view from the balcony is really nice, though the door was broken for two days but it got fixed the third day (the long delay was due to Easter holidays). Good communication with the host.

Small shower, in the morning you can hear the people making coffee in the common kitchen, the power went out once but the owner fixed it in 10 minutes.

Confusing check in instructions, however property owner was helpful and replied quickly to messages. Entered the property to the cleaner being there who was confused about us checking in. This was resolved quickly with no trouble. Noisy due to other B&B customers late at night and early in the morning. Woken up 7:00am by breakfast being put out in hallway. Could have been given more information about the breakfast, pool and B&B expectations. Maybe a little piece of paper printed in the room on arrival as no information was given.

What a great price for such a clean and comfortable property and such a great location! We did not have any issues with noise from other units or the streets. The morning pastries were fantastic and I loved all day availability of the coffee machine. The host was diligent and accommodating. It was practical for a family, we stayed with with our teenage children in two units and I felt very safe as well.

The shower is remarkably small in one of the units, and I say that being a petite person. A larger person would definitely have challenges bathing in the shower.

Blu Sea was on the main road, on the corner of a street that takes you down and through a shortcut into the main shopping street. Perfect location! Nice property and pool area! Room was pretty and clean with everything we needed, and the breakfast provided was wonderful!! Ate way too many pastries. Lucrezia, our contact, was above and beyond accommodating and helpful. A wonderful host! I’d stay here again! And having an elevator to get us to the fourth floor was the icing on the g on the cake.

Very secure, functioning lifts, beautiful grounds, comfortable bed, quiet location. Close to the station and within walking distance of all the action. Fresh and plentiful breakfast items every morning. Giusseppina was very friendly and Lucrezia provided excellent directions for access to the property.

Shower was weak and tepid (barely warm). Sadly, the pool was very neglected and most likely disappointing for anyone who wished to use it, although it did not affect me.
